Patch plastering with CM 1:3, 20mm thick, including cost of all materials, labour, lead, lift, transporting charges, finishing, curing, etc., complete as directed by the Engineer at the site.

Providing and laying one course of pressed tiles of size 230x230x20mm and approved quality and made set in C.M 1:3 mixed with crude oil and conplast x421 IC @200 mi per bag of cement and pointing with cement mater with proper slope including cost of all labour, lead, lift, T&P, Transportation, labour charges, etc., complete as directed by the Engineer at site.

Providing and application charges of cleaning the surfaces free of dust, dirt, oil, grease, etc., brush applying one coat of water-based bituminous primer STP "Shalikote T10 Primer" @ 0.3 Kg/Sq.m followed by one coat of STP bitumen 85/25 grade @ 1.2 Kg/Sqm, and then lay STP Shaliplus2045 membrane, over the membrane and finally apply Aluminium paint STP "SuperSilverShield" @ 9 Sq.m/ltr as per manufacturer’s instructions and at all levels and heights complete.

Providing and laying screed concrete 1:1.5:3 for 50mm average thickness using 6mm to 10mm HBG metal mixed with conplast x421 IC @ 200ml per bag of cement, over the STP membrane with proper slope and smooth finish including the cost of all materials, labour, lead, lift, T&P, curing, tranportation, etc., complete as directed by the Engineer at site.

Providing and erecting pull and push type rolling shutter with ISI mark of approved size and section using 18 SWG GI sheet. The shutter shall be painted with one coat of red oxide primer and two coat of enamel paint, the rate is inclusive of hood cover, transportation charges, lead, lift, tools and plants and erection etc., complete as directed by the Engineer at site.

Painting two coats with ready mixed plastic emulsion of first class quality paint and of approved colour over a priming coat including through scrapping and washing the surface removing of dirt, algae etc., including necessary plaster of paris, putty where ever required including all cost of labour, lead, scaffolding etc., complete as directed by the Engineer at site.
