Taking down chowkhats or frames with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frames) area not exceeding 1.50 sqm each and removing from site including cutting holes for removal of old rusted hold fast and prepare the surface for new hold fast as required complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down chowkhats or frames with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frames) area exceeding 1.50 sqm but not exceeding 4 Sqm each and removing from site including cutting holes for removal of old rusted hold fast and prepare the surface for new hold fast as required complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down shutters only of any description area not exceeding 1.0 sqm each and removing from site complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down shutters only of any description area exceeding 1.0 sqm and not exceeding 2.0 sqm each and removing from site complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down shutters only of any description and type area exceeding 1.0 sqm and not exceeding 2.0 sqm each and refixing in same or other opening as directed after necessary easing, oiling, adjustments, minor repairs, adjustment with cutting or fixing plain fillets/planks etc to remove gap between floor and shutter complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in- charge.

Taking down steel rolling shutter of any description area exceeding 20Sqm but not exceeding 35Sqm each, height appx 6.5m, ball bearings and gear operated, and refixing in same opening and ensuring proper working condition after replacement of ball bearing, repairing to gear, broken/rusted steel members by welding, and necessary any other minor repairs, adjustment /alignment easing to slide, greasing, filling gear oil, stoppage of leakage etc complete all as directed.

Supply and fixing factory made uPVC white colour casement (Open-able, double shutter glazed and wire guage, Net Opening area not exceeding 1Sqm ) window/ventilator made of extruded profiles with wall thickness of 2.3mm (± 0.2mm). Window profile with hollow section with multi chamber, frame (60mm x 58mm), sash (60mm x 73mm), T profile (One vertical length in between two shutters) (60mm x 74mm), Glazing bead (35mm x 20mm) will be mitered cut and fusion welded at all corners, including drilling of holes for fixing hardware and drainage of water etc., making arrangement for fixing of hardware. EPDM gasket 1.2 ± 0.2mm thick, galvanized steel Frame (28mm x 21.5mm), sash (31mm x 27.5mm). Supply & fixing factory made steel ventilator (fixed type glazed ventilator) box type using ERW hollow 'P' section, fixing of lugs in PCC etc., width, height and design of ventilator as directed by GE Including taking down existing complete all as specified and as directed.

Note for Steel Window/Grills/Vents Note :- (i) Glass and painting shall be measured and paid separately under respective item of Sch (ii) The weight of steel window/ventilator with mongery shall be physically ascertained through a board of officers convened by CWE and payment shall be made only after the actual weight at site. (iii) The weight shall be measured before fixing the glass/wiremesh. Material and labour for Powder coated aluminium (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions (Fixed portions) with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS:733 and IS:1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing/ paneling, C.P. brass/ stainless steel screws, complete all as specified and as directed. Material and labour for Framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering, Doors etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing complete including fabrication as directed, including hold fast, locking arrangement, sliding door bolt, stopper etc conforming to Fe-410-W (Gde E-250) quality A, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & fixing 4mm thick sheet glass ordinary quality in squares / retangular in any size of each pane and fixed complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & fixing 5mm thick sheet glass ordinary quality in squares / retangular in any size of each pane as in aluminium doors, window, partitions and similar work including cutting to shape complete all as specified and as directed.

Making Gola of size 75x75mm at junction of vertical & horizontal with the polymer modified mortar of 1:1:4 (1 Cement : 1 Polymer : 4 Sand). The mixing ratio of the coating shall be 2 parts of powder & 1 part of liquid without any water addition in the mixing and shall have consumption of 1.5kg/sqm per coats, etc, complete as per manufactures specifications. (B) Bore Packing: All the borehole gaps between concrete surface and PVC pipe of various dia upto the neck level shall be filled with non-shrink free flow grout – Smart Care GP Grout having dual shrinkage compensation property. Before the bore packing, surface of the PVC pie and concrete surface will be made rough and sand will be sprinkled with polymer bonding agent. (C) Apply12-15mm plaster on slab and vertical surface admixed with Smart Care Vitalia Neo @200ml per bag of cement before treatment. (D) 40 mm dia HDPE pipe to be provided as spout pipe in sunken portion.

Method 2 (A) Supplying and applying two component cementitious & acrylic flexible water proofing & protective coating, two coats with 1mm DFT, having Hydrostatic (positive) water pressure resistance (DIN 1048) is 7. Abrasion resistance, cm/km is 0.09 of Dr Fixit Pidifin 2k @ 1.5kg/sqm with a paint brush over existing slab surface and adjoining vertical surface. The Polyester reinforced coated net of 45g/sqm, 2.5mmx2.5mm is laying on the surface immediately on the first coat of two component modified polymer Dr Fixit pidifin 2k. After removal of all lose materials like dust etc. with wire brush coir brushes from surface to get absolutely cleaned surface free of foreign contaminant filling of crack and patches with polymer based mortar/micro concrete, after that making the gola on surrounding wall’s junction and seal the vertical walls. In case of core cutting on the surface, the joint is seal with non-shrink grout. (B) The coating shall be terminated at 1600mm in toilet/2100mm in bathroom on vertical walls. (C) Apply12-15mm water proof plaster on slab and vertical surface admixed with Dr Fixit pidiproof LW+ @200ml per bag of cement before treatment. (D) 40 mm dia HDPE pipe to be provided as spout pipe in sunken portion.

Material and labour for boring of holes (trenchless horizontel hole) under road pavement, hard standing or any other situation by using trenchless boring machine/mechanically or by manual manpower suitable for for accommodate/inserting pipe upto 100mm bore in the drilled holes, including excavation, returning filling in the end working space including removal of surplus soil and making good the surface complete all as specified and as directed. Note ; (i) Only length of the road/hard standing/Pavement will be measured for payment and cost for excavation, returning filling and making good at both side of bore shall deemed to be included in the quoted unit rate nothing extra shall be paid on this account.
