Providing and laying in position ready mixed or site batched design mix cement concrete for plain cement concrete work; using coarse aggregate and fine aggregate derived from natural sources, Portland Pozzolana/ Ordinary Portland /Portland Slag cement, admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS: 9103 to accelerate / retard setting of concrete, to improve durability and workability without impairing strength; including pumping of concrete to site of laying, curing, carriage for all leads; but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering and finishing as per direction of the engineer-in-charge; for the following grades of concrete. Note: Extra cement up to 10% of the minimum specified cement content in design mix shall be payable separately. In case the cement content in design mix is more than 110% of the minimum specified cement content, the contractor shall have discretion to either re-design the mix or bear the cost of extra cement. All works upto plinth level :Concrete of M10 grade with minimum cement content of 220 kg /cum

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth in: Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand.

12 mm cement plaster of mix : 1:6 (1 cement: 6 coarse sand)

Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade New work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/10 sqm)

Providing and laying RMC of M-30 grade By using minimum 400kg of cement(43 grade, OPC) per cum of concrete in roads / streets manufactured in automatic RMC plant using coarse sand and graded stone aggregate of 20mm nominal size in appropriate proportion as per approved design criteria including transportation to site in transit mixer, including cost of admixture in recommended proportion as per IS9103 to accelerate/ retard setting of concrete to improve workability with out impairing strength and durability as per specification including spreading and compacting mechanically by using needle and surface vibratos, leveling to required slope & camber, finishing by floating & brooming with wire brushes etc. and curing including making provision for contraction / expansion, construction of cross / longitudinal joints of size 10mm wide 50mm deep by groove cutting machine, providing and filling joints with approved joint filler and sealants, etc. complete, as per direction of Engineer in-charge. (Cost of joint filler & sealants shall be paid for separately under relevant items).Note:- Cement content considered in M-30 is @ 400 kg/cum. Less cement used as per design mix is recoverable separately.M-30 RMC by using minimum cement @400 kg/cum. Cement concrete manufactured in automatic batching plant (RMC plant) including transportation to site in transit mixer.

Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete etc. as per direction of Engineerin- charge (length of finished kerb edging shall be measured to calculate volume for payment). (Precast C.C. kerb stone shall be approved byEngineer-in-charge).

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement - All work up to plinth level : 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources)

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level. Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more.

Fabrication supplying and erection of flange mounted hot dip Galvanized octaqgonal Poles of 5 Mtr. Height made from 3mm thick steel plate having bottom Dia of 130 mm & top Dia of 70mm complete with window with flash cover at the height of 2.00 Mtr from the base of cable termination Block etc. and galvanization base plate of size 200mm x 200mm x12mm thick on existing cement concrete pedestal as required including suppling and fixing of laminated sheet, DIN channel, BUS Bar and earth sheet 2 Nos. welded at suitable height as per direction of Enginer-in-charge. 2 Nos. washer, nuts and locking arrangement completed as required (make Bajaj/Volmont/Phillips/Lysaght)

Supplying and fixing of 4 Nos. 20mm x 700mm long GI foundation bolt (EN 8 grade) with nuts washer including 2 Nos. template of 3mm thick size 200mmx200mmx12mm thick with 4 Nos. 16mm Dia holes to match with PCD of poles base plate as required (make Bajaj/Volmont/Phillips/Lysaght)

Fabrication supplying and fixing of galvanized single arm bracket 500mm long galvanized top tube with 1000mm long 48.30x3.20mm thick each side galvanized single over hang with tightening bolts etc as required (ordinary) (make Bajaj/Volmont/Phillips/Lysaght)

Providing and laying 100mm thick faciory made cement concrete interlocking paver block of M -30 grade made by block making machine with strong vibratory compaction, of approved size, design & shape, laid in required colour and pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, filling the joints with line sand etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.
