REPAIR TO SEWAGE LINE, DRAIN, PATH, HARD STANDING INCLUDING CLEANING OF MANHOLES/SOAK WELLS AT COMBAT MESS, SW MESS, HC MD ACCN UNDER GE (AWC) MHOW.

Attending day to day complaint for Cleaning of blockage floor/nahani/bottle trap of wash hand basin/sink/bathrooms/kitchen and wc (any type) by using hand pump with rubber bucket or by cleaning rod till clear flow of water is observed all complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- The complaint slips to be collected from the complaint cell daily by the contractor or his authorised representative/ supervisor. The complaint to be attended and cleared within 24 Hrs or otherwise as given in particular specifications from the date and time of handing over of complaint slip and to be deposited to the concerned JE I/C or Engineer-in-Charge duly signed by the users. In case of delay in clearing the complaint, the penalty to be imposed to the contractor as indicated in particular specifications for every day of delay.

Cleaning of blockage sewer lines of any dia in any position by rodding from both sides between two adjacent manholes or from inspection chamber to manhole or from gully trap to inspection chamber or through inspection eye of any depth till clear flow of sewer/water is observed complete all as specified and as directed at site by Engineer in charge. Note:- Unit rate quoted shall deemed to be included of cleaning of scurbs, grass small roots etc, around the manholes, inspection chamber at adjacent to the pipe lines cleaning etc and along sewage lines wherever required or as directed and no extra payment shall be made on this account). Note: The length of sewage line to be measured manhole to manhole/chamber for payment purpose.

M&L for cleaning of septic tank/soak well of any capacity, and any depth in mud in foul poistion by de-sludging, disilting and getting out all silt, sludge, organic and inorganic materials by manually / mechanically and removing the sludge to a distance exc 250 mtr but not exc. 500 mtr away from site and burrying in to pits and covered with earth including spreading bleaching powder @ 1 kg per sqm complete all as directed at site, complete all as specified and as directed.

Cleaning of blocked / socked manholes and removal of sludge, soil, & any materials found from manholes by manually or mechinacally any depth of manhole complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches, not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m in depth for foundation, etc or not exceeding 10 Sqm on plan and not exceeding 1.5m in depth for shafts, cesspits, manholes,sewage lines, pier holes, etc and getting out in in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in, approved earth including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25cm thick, complete all as sspecified and directed.

Removing excavated surplus soil etc not exc 50 m and depositing where directed at level n.exc 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate in foundations, filling and mass concrete including sub base of manhole including demolition existing complete all as specified and directed.

S & F Reinforced concrete pipes 150 mm bore, class NP2 , laid and jointed complete with collars, including demolition and breaking up salt glazed ware stoneware pipes, complete all as specified and directed.

Ditto as per item no 11 above but 200mm bore pipe

M & L 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate cement concrete bed to drain pipe including packing under and haunching against side of pipe for 150 mm bore of pipe icluding demolition complete all as specified and directed.

M&L RCC 1:2:4 (Nominal Mix) (20mm graded stone aggregate) Walls, retaining walls, Culverts , manhole cover, septic tank cover, soakage well coer drains,basement walls, ballast walls and the like; any thickness; above top of footings; including attached pilaster and buttresses complete all as specified and directed

M&L TMT mild steel bars 10 mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required inluding cranking, bending, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.90 mm dia or securing with clipscomplete all as specified and directed.

M & L machine pressed precast concrete 60 mm thick glossy interlocking paver block M-35 Grade to IS 15658-2006, with grey cement and no pigment laid over dry sand cushioning, filling of joints with sand including demolition of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness etc. colour and shape approved by GE,complete all as specified and directed. (Note : Sand cushioning shall be measured and paid separately) .

M & L sand filling under floors or interlocking tile or in foundation including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and directed

M & L PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40 mm graded aggregate as in mass concrete, foundation and any other location etc. and including demolition of PCC, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling, floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) incl removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete.

Material and labour Non-skid coloured Ceramic tiles 7 mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tiles exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm in on vertical surfaces as in dados,skirting etc, set & jointed in neat cement slury over and including 10 mm thick bedding layer of cement (1:4) pointed with white/coloured cement to match .

M&L glazed ceramic Coloured tiles, 300mmx200mmx6.5mm/300x450x7mm thick, on vertical surfaces such as dados , skirting and risers to steps etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match also in patches complete over & including 10mm thick screeding in CM 1:4 all as specified.

S & F in repair vitreous china squatting pan “ORISSA PATERN” of size 580 mm X 440 mm, white, with integral foot rest (excluding flushing cistern and flush pipe) including connection to trap and to flushing pipe, anti syphonage pipe etc and making good to floor complete.

S & F in repair 10 litre capacity PVC low level cistern ‘ white’ with inlet, float valve including bracket with 32 mm dia PVC pipe 600mm long complete.

S&F Stone slab 25 to 35 mm thick, as required size, drilled and fixed iron hand as required no. in stone slab for cover stones, templates, manhole cover etc. and similar articles complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Iron handle shall be measured and paid separately.

M & L PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in cills, steps, seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, parapets and railing upto 60 cm in height, coping, kneelers, apex stones bed plates, etc and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, as directed including necessary use and waste of form work complete.

S&F in repair PVC (SWR) nahani trap/ floor trap with grating having dia of outlet 75mm incl joining to waste pipe with solvent cement complete.

S & F in repairs Vitreous china wash down water closet pan (pedestal pattern), white including pedestrial pan and trap, including seat cover for pedestial pan and connecting to drain or outgoing pipe and to flushing pipe, antisyphonage pipe etc complete all as specified and directed.
