Excavation work by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in foundation trenches or drains including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms within all leads including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within all leads and lifts ordinary rock and all kinds of soil including entire carriage of materials in all leads and lifts and as per drawings and technical specifications as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge including all incidentals.The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:3:6 (One cement : three coarse sand : six graded stone aggregate) 20 mm (Twenty millimetre) nominal size in retaining walls, return walls, walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, columns, piers, abutments, pillars, posts, struts, buttresses, string or lacing courses, parapets, coping, bed blocks, anchor blocks, plain window sills, fillets, sunken floor etcetera including the cost of centering, shuttering and finishing as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge including entire carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentals.The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying 900 mm ( nine hundred millimetres) dia.reinforced cement concrete pipe non-pressure NP3 class (medium duty) Reinforced cement concrete . pipes with collars jointed with stiff mixture of cement mortar in the proportion of 1:2 (one cement : two fine sand) including testing of joints etc. complete :as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge including entire carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentals. Providing and laying plain/reinforced mechanically mixed and vibrated cement concrete for plain/reinforced concrete in all type of structure complete design mix M-25 ( M-twenty five ) minimum content of cement should not be less than 400kg/cum (Four hundred kilogramme per cubic metre), 20mm ( twenty millimetre) nominal size agreegate in bed plates, slab, dirt wall, wearing coat, wheel guard, railing, pedestal and approach slab on ground or under water and curing complete including pumping or bailing out water, dewatering removal of slush as required at site which may arise at the time of laying under water complete for all heights/depths including the cost of form work as per drawings and MORD technical specification clause 800, 1205.4 and 1205.5 as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge including entire carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidentals.
