Providing hospitality services to the guest occupying the rooms by giving room services, up keeping of rooms, checking of all electrial and electronic gadgets, replacement of bed sheets, pillow covers etc. and attending to all needs of the guest at both the guest houses on round the clock for all days. ( Minimum one skilled manpower at Zerlina and one semi skilled manpower at Anand Bhavan shall be deputed in each shift.) 1) Double bedded rooms - 11 2) Four bedded rooms - 2

Housekeeping work at Zerlina , Anand Bhavan guest houses and 12 B Zerlina for all days.

Mannual brooming and moping of both the guest houses floor by using soft broom and cotton mop with required cleaning materials. Through cleaning of W.C. bathrooms, toilets, wash basins, wall tiles, bathroom mirrors etc. once ina day or as instructed by Guest house in charge. ( Minimum one unskilled manpower at Zerlina and one unskilled manpower at Anand bhavan shall be deputed). Cost of cleaning materials & tools shall be in the scope of agency.) Details of daily cleaning: 1. Total carpet area 6550 sq. ft. approximately 2. No. of W.C. bathrooms, Toilets - 12 3. No. of wash basins - 17 4. No. of mirrors - 16 5. 3 seat, 2 seats & single seat sofas - 39 6. Side tables- 28 7. Dressing tables with mirrors - 4 8. Dinning tables- 5 (Continuous cleaning before & after meals & or as required) 9. Dining chairs - 42 10. Writing tables - 21 11. Center table - 9 12. Wardrobes - 17 13. T.V. trollys - 9 14. Ovens - 3 15. T.V.sets - 12 16. LPG cooking ranges - 10 (After cooking and continuous cleaning as required to koop LPG ranges clean always.)

Cleaning of electronic gadgets, electrical fixtures, fixtures, fans, window / balcony glasses etc. once in a week or as instructed by guest house in charge at Zerlina, Anand Bhvan guest houses and office of Chairman at 12 B Zerlina. All the cleaning material, tools etc. shall be in the scope of agency. Details of weekly cleaning 1. Refrigerator -2 2. Ceiling fans - 40 3. Glass window - 226 sq. m (approx.) 4. Flowers pots-8 5. Providing catering services at Zerlina, Anand Bhavan guest houses and OYC

Providing catering services at Zerlina, Anand Bhavan guest houses to the guests at the rates fixed by the department as per ANNEXURE-A by engaging more than 5 years experience skilled cook for round the clock for all days. (Minimum 01 skilled cook shall be deloyed)

Providing catering services (Tea/ snacks / breakfast and lunch) at OYC near gate way of India, Colaba , Mumbai at the rates fixed by the department as per ANNEXURE-A by engaging more than 10 years experience highly skilled cook with Indian / contenantal ( generally served in Mumbai) cooking experiance for all working days and holidays as required. The working hours shall be 9.30 hrs. to 18.00 hrs. (Minimum one cook and one assistance shall be employed).

Providing toiletary kit including 1 dental kit with box, 1 shaving kit with box, 1 soap 15g. 1 hair & body wash (2 in 1) bottle 30 ml., 1 skin moisturizer 20 ml., 1 comb with handle, hair oil etc.
