Taking down Old U/S LED Street lights of any size and Supply & Fixing LED lights of “Lithium based Energy Efficient Integrated Solar Street Light of 40Watt” in Single FRP body with duly Polyurethane coating (Camouflage color) , encases with Monocrystalline Solar PV Panel of 90/95Wp , Lithium Battery 11.1/12.8V, 44.0AH with inbuilt BMS, IP 65, High brightness W-LED(160-180lm/watt) lamp with Aluminum reflector for better light distribution , CRI >70, Color Temperature 5700K - 6500K, Microcontroller based charge controller cum driver, automatic dimming function ( first four hours at full brightness & rest of the time at lower light level with PIR Motion Sensor), Dusk to Dawn Operation, suitable to working temperature: (-) 10C to (+) 55C, weight not more than 18-20kg with adjustable MS clamp suitable for pole (rectangular or circular as existing)/wall mounting etc complete as required. Protections: Short Circuit, overload, Reverse polarity and battery protections. Firm should provide Vital Parameters Test report from NABL accredited lab and should be of made in India with CE & ROHS compliant. Excavating in trencehs / post holes (or similar holes) each not exc 1.5 mtr wide and not exc 2 m in depth n exc 1.5 cu.m, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers in a hard soil for laying underground cables/ errection of steel tubular poles / stay pit etc all as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Removing excavated surplus material to a distance n.exc 50 m and depostimg where directed at alevel n exc. 1.5 m above the starting point in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and erect Steel tubular swaged poles complete with cast iron base plate, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts & screws as specified type 410 SP-31 (9 metres long)

Material & Labour for plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate in foundation of stay assembly etc including necessary form work, all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate in foundation of stay assembly etc including necessary form work, all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate for coping around poles , including necessary form work finishing even and smooth without using extra cement , all as specified and directed.
