Demolition of cement concrete (un reinforced) in ground floor and paving n. exc. 15cm thickness below or above ground level, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L 60 mm thick Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block fixing with grey cement and pigments of " I " shape or as approved by GE ,and any colour and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of M-35 Grade set, laid over 25 mm (average) thick dust sand cushioning, filling of joints with sand & compaction using surface vibrator after filling of joints lain in any pattern as decided by Engineer-In-Charge including packing of sides by cement concrete finishing surfce even and smooth, including demoletion of old stone slab, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L 75 mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base for pavement , path, floor etc, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L 25 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate including finishing surface of concrete topping even and rough complete as in levelling work etc, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L precast cement concrete kerb stone with solid blocks, exc. 10 cm in width type B1 1:2:4 (20 mm graded aggregate) set in cement mortar 1:6 etc, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C2 using 40mm graded aggregate 75mm thick as in plinth protection, finished concrete surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repairs 15 mm bore two way bib taps long body, chromium plated cast copper alloy long body, screwed down, screwed for iron pipe or for brass ferrule, complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning and removing all scale and dirt and elgy using wire/jute from inside of RCC /PVC tanks and connected pipe removing to a distance of not less than 250 mtrs,washing the tank/ipe with bleaching powder solution and finally applying 2% potassium permangnate solution for disinfection,including marking with black/white paint on white/black base on tank "Tank cleaned on________Dt________" exc 250 litre & n.exc 500 litre complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in post holes (or similar holes) each not exc 0.50 Cum and getting out ,returning filling and ramming earth in layersnot exceeding 25 cm,watering and removing surplus soil to a distance nexc 50 m and making good surface complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair galvanised 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24 mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of stanadard rails straining bolts including securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire staples or steel pins etc complete all as specified and directed.

Description same as per Item No 120.00 but restraining and resecuring the existing barbed wire, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of fencing wire mesh including tie rods, flat iron etc any type complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc.including provission of binding wire complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only mild steel galvanized chain link fencing, any size or type as directed complete all as specified. Note :- Flat iron, round tie bars, nut bolts and washer shall be measured and paid for separately.

Supply and fixing mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, length of bolt exc 5cm and not exc 10cm long and dia of neck 11 to 15 mm complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only 10mm dia mild steel round bars as in tie bars fixed to fencing posts including cut to length, bent to shape, welding of bar at spots as directed and other similar works, conforming to Grade E-165 (Fe 290), complete all as specified and directed.

S&F mild steel work as in angle iron in posts & struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire etc, flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc) and similar works conforming to Grade E-165 (Fe 290), complete all as specified and directed.

M&L PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation, sub base / mass concrete etc, including demolition of existing old PCC, complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repair vitreous china Urinal, Half stall type white with waste pipe and union for discharge pipe (excluding flushing cistern, flush pipe) including spreader, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for repair to sunken floor by provide water proofing treatment to sunken floor surfaces of RCC slab by the following specifications as specified and directed :- (a) Provide PCC 1 : 1.5 : 3 type A with using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate in slope of average thickness 50mm on sunken floor slab mixed with and including integral water proofing compound manufactured by Dr FIXIT or equivalent as approved, finish the surface even & smooth without using extra cement. (b) Rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:3 mixed with & including integral water proofing compound on sunken floor and sides of (Vertical surface) sunken portion. (c) Applying surfaces of bituminous primer (conforming to IS-3384-1965) @ 0.40 Kg/Sqm complete. on complete sunken surfaces of floor & wall and provide necessary connections to soil/waste pipe from WC/ nahani trap etc including demolation of old sunken complete all as specified and as directed. (d) applying a tack coat of Industrial bitumen grade of 85/25 at the rate of 1.2 Kg per Sqm including cleaning surfaces (1st coat for bonding material below membrane and 2nd coat on top of membrane. Each coat would be paid seperately.) (e) APP based polymeric membrane minimum weighing 3kg/sqm and minimum 3mm thick reinforced with polyster non wove fabric (wt. not less than 150 gms/sqm) land on primed surface by forced application complete all as specified and directed. Note : Floor Area shall be measured for payment.
