Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/manual means over areas (exceeding 30cm in depth, 1.5m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including getting out and disposal of excavated earth lead upto 50m and for all lift, as directed by Engineer-in-charge for all kinds of soil.

Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead upto 50m and for all lift.

Demolishing cement concrete manually/ by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in - charge. Nominal concrete 1:3:6 or richer mix (i/c equivalent design mix).

Demolishing brickwork manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable materials and disposal of unserviceable materials within 50m lead in cement mortar.

Providing and applying tack coat using hot straight run bitumen of grade VG - 10, including heating the bitumen, spraying the bitumen with mechanically operated spray unit fitted on bitumen boiler, cleaning and preparing the existing road surface as per specifications : on bituminous surface @ 0.50 Kg / sqm.

Cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) in pavements, laid to required slope and camber in panels as required including consolidation finishing and tamping complete.

Providing and laying semi-dense Bituminous concrete using crushed stone aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site by tippers, laying with paver finisher equiped with electronic sensor to the required grade, level and alignment and rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction and density as per specification, complete and as per directions of Engineer-in-Charge. 25 mm compacted thickness with bitumen of grade VG-30 @ 5% (percentage by weight of total mix) and lime filler @ 2% (percentage by weight of Aggregate) prepared in Drum Type Hot Mix Plant of 60-90 TPH capacity.

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement - All work up to plinth level: 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size de rived from natural sources).

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete above upto plinth level. Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more.

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth in Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand).

15mm cement plaster on rough side of single or half brick wall of mix 1:4 (1cement: 4 coarse sand).

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work for : foundation, footing, bases of columns, etc. for mass concrete.

Uprooting and cleaning of all grasses, plants, garbage, raking the road, road shoulders and grounds by wire brushes and spades. Apply chemicals to burn or dry total grasses on road and shoulders. Cleaning of dust from existing bituminous road, and road shoulders by wire brush and high air blow from machine. Surface dressing wherever required. Water cleaning may be done as per need basis.

Cleaning of assorted size drans and surrounding 2m width. The rate is including cutting of deposited earth, internal and surrounding jungle clearence, garbage cleaning from drans. The cutting earth and jungles must be deposited at least 30m distance from the drans.
