SOFA SET 5 SEATER (Drawing No. FD/MAP-II/02) Taking down old unserviceable cover of cushion of sofa and supply and fixing of new covers with velvet/ tapestry cloth not less than Rs. 450/- per metre, complete all as specified and shown on drawing No. FD/MAP-II/02 and as directed.

Taking down old unserviceable cushion of sofa set and supply and fixing of new foam cushions 40 density of size 22" x 21" x 4" duly covered with velvet/ tapestry cloth not less than Rs. 450/- per metre, complete all as specified and shown on drawing No. FD/MAP-II/02 and as directed. Preparation of the old surface : Preparing the old surface and making smooth surfaces by rubbing with suitable emery paper after sanding, wipe the surface with a clean soft cloth to remove of any sanding dust, then apply a thin coat of wood polish to a clean microfiber cloth or a polishing pad. Using circular motions are recommended to ensure even application and allow the polish to penetrate the wood effectively and create a lasting shine. Final touches once the first coat is applied, allowed it to dry completely before assessing the finish/ another coat. Ensure the final finish is smooth and glossy, complete all as specified and shown on drawing No. FD/MAP-II/02 and as directed. To confirm the quality of the finish Note : To providing a surface with a high gloss shine GCI Wood Polish Thinner is used to dissolve Lakdhana or Shellac.

Providing all necessary materials and labour for removing the damaged arm of the existing sofa and replacing it with a new matching arm of approved quality, complete all as specified and shown on drawing No. FD/MAP-II/02 and as directed.

CHAIR DINING CUSHIONED (Drawing Nos FD/MAP-II/04(R) / FD/MAP/02) / (FD/MAP/10(R)) Removing of unserviceable front leg from chair dining and supply and fixing of new approved quality seasoned 1st class teak wood leg to match with other leg as existing pattern/ design/ polish and fix nylon buffers at bottom of all legs.

All as per serial item No. 5.00 here-in-above but rear leg.

Additional of mentioned drawing 04 Nos of corners of size 75mm x 75mm x 20mm, made up of 1st class teak wood shall be provided and fixed at right angle of legs and rails with chinese black screw for extra strength, complete all as specified and shown on drawing Nos FD/MAP-II/04(R) / FD/MAP/02) / (FD/MAP/10(R) and as directed.

Taking down unserviceable cushion with plywood from dining chair and S&F of new approved quality 75mm thick 40 density foam including covered with velvet/ tapestry cloth not less than 450/- per meter including 12mm plywood (Make : Century / Greenply / Kitply) as size and shape of seat of existing chair cushion, complete all as specified and shown on drawing Nos FD/MAP-II/04(R) / FD/MAP/02) / (FD/MAP/10(R) and as directed.
