Supply install testing and commissioning Silent type Diesel Engine Generating set 160 KVA (CPCB-IV), Prime Duty, 415V, Radiator Cooled, with acoustic enclosure, diesel generating set powered with suitable capacity prime duty Engine along with base frame, 160 KVA, H/H at 40degC, 50Hz, 415V, 1500RPM Alternator (capable of delivering true 128 kW output @ 0.8 power factor), Static Excitation System, Lube Oil System, Electronic Governor including DG AMF Controller DIEF SGC420 without any breaker (MCCB / ACB), AVM pads, 24 volt DC lead acid batteries, residential grade silencer with bellows, , with all other associated equipment / work complete in all respect. all respect as per the latest notification MOEFCC NOTIFICATION “GSR 804(E) DATED 03.11 .2022 [F.NO. Q-15017/05/2012-CPW suitable for ambient condition at Port Blair and confirming to condition under IS 4722, 10001/10002, 13364, BS 5514/2613/5000 with following :- (A) Alternator :- Standard design alternator rated at 160 KVA net output at site after considering derating as per site conditions at 0.8 (lag) power factor AC, 3 - phase 4 - wire 415 volts 50 Hz, 1500 RPM, self exicited self regulated screen protected drip proof IP 23 enclosure brushless design with winding in pole faces, insulating class 'H' and voltage regulation of + 1% at rated voltage from no load to full load. The alternator shall be confirming to BS 2613/5000, IS: 13364 and shall be in position to generate supply with frequecy regulation with in + 1% tolerace. The alternator will be suitable for tropical climate and shall generally confirm to BS - 2613/5000/ IS - 4722. i) Insulation class - 'H' ii) Temperature rise Class - 'H' iii) Excitation : Self Excited iv) Regulation performance: The voltage is kept constant with + 1%, manual voltage adjustment within + 5%. v) Frequency regulation + 1%

M&L for earthing complete with galvanized steel plate earth electrode 60cmx60cmx6mm thick surrounded by char coal and salt buried directly in ground vertically in pit of depth not less then 2.25 mtr below ground level with top edge of the earth plate at depth of not less then 1.5 mtr below ground level surrounded from all sides by char coal dust and common salt in alternate layers of 15 cm depth and earth plate electrode connected to galvanised earth lead strip of size 32X6 mm by means of GI nuts bolts, check nuts and washers and connected to earthling test point drawn through 40 mm dia GI pipe for protection of GI pipe including 20mm dia GI pipe for watering GI funnel , PCC earth pit (1:3:6) type C-2 with CI frame and RCC cover all as shown in electrical Plate No 3 on SSR Part-I including testing all as directed by Engr-In-Charge. NOTES: 1) The unit rate shall also include for earth work in any type of soil, PCC (1:3:6) type C1 chamber, pre-cast RCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate cover 50mm thick reinforced with TMT bars 8mm dia @ 100mm c/c both ways, funnel with watering pipe 20mm dia medium grade, GI protection pipe light grade 40mm dia and wire mesh complete in addition to item No. 1(a) to (e) of preamble (notes) under sub-heading earthing, specified on Sl. Page Nos. 422 & 423 of SSR Part-II. 2) Earthing lead and GI protection pipe beyond 7.5m will be measured and paid separately.

Supply, laying, testing and commissioning of LT XLPE insulated, sheathed, armoured heavy duty electric aluminium conductor cable 1100 Volts grade of size 3.5 core x 95 sq.mm. (laid in trenches, ducts, pole, wall etc.) complete all as specified and as as directed by engineer in charge. Note: Rate of under ground cable excludes earth Work, sand cushioning, brick or PCC covering, light Grade GI tubing where necessary,testing etc.
