8125/SAR-T-87/2025-26 TERM CONTRACT FOR ARTIFICER WORKS IN NON RESIDENTIAL ACCN AT ARC SARSAWA UNDER GE (AF) SARSAWA

To perform such services and execute such works upon the terms and conditions contained or referred to in the "MES Standard Schedule of Rates 2009 Part I (Specifications) and MES Standard Schedule of Rates 2020 Part II (Rates) together with Errata / Amendments as applicable and upon the conditions contained in tender documents as may be demanded, and as are enumerated in the aforesaid, MES schedule for the period of one year from the date mentioned in the Acceptance letter at the rates contained in the aforesaid MES Standard Schedule of Rates. OR At such other rates as may be fixed under the provisions of Condition 62 of IAFW 2249 (General Conditions of Contracts) 1989 Print with Errata / Amendments as applicable. Note:- (i) The tenderer shall insert percentage rate at Column F6 of BOQ. To insert their percentage striking out words which are not required. If Net Schedule rates are offered “NIL” should be inserted in both places. (ii) The tenderer(s) shall refer and select and the option Excess (+) or Less (-) available at column E5 of the BOQ to quote the percentage above/ below the MES Standard Schedule of Rates. The percentage quoted by the tenderer (s) shall be made applicable for acceptance while publishing the Acceptance letter. (iii) Amount inserted by the MES under column Rate and the Total amount reflected is a rough guidance and for reference only. Similarly the quoted amount works out (based on percentage rate quoted by the tenderer (s) shall also be treated as rough and for reference only. For Acceptance Contractor's offer shall be done for the quoted percentage rates on MES Standard Schedule of Rates. The Work orders for various works / services shall be placed for worked out / priced on the rates contained in MES SSR Part II (Rates) duly adjusted by the percentage rate quoted. (iv) Contractor’s attention is invited to Condition 4 (A) and Condition 56 of IAFW 2249 (General Conditions of Contracts) which shall strictly be followed. (v) It is express condition to this contract that the amount of total works/ services required to be done under this contract that the amount of total works / services required to be done under this contract can vary to any extend irrespective of the amount worked out / mentioned in this BOQ and contractor shall be bound to execute such works/ services at the rates contained in the MES Standard Schedule of Rates 2020 (Part II) duly adjusted by quoted percentage rate during contract period. No claim of the contractor shall be entertained due to increase or decrease in quantum of works required to be done / work done.
