Sub Estimate : Jobwork for cleaning of cross drainage trench below of MS heavy weight Jali including removing Jali, deeply cleaning the trench with cleaning of Jali with it's I sections and reinstalling the Jali as it is. Item includes all labour, machinery, transportation, insuarance, taxes, duties etc. complete.

Cleaning of utility trench along both sides of roads of RGIP ph II area, manually for preventing Water logging on road in upcoming monsoon including stacking garbage along trench, loading the same in the truck and dumping the same at suitable place as instructed by Engineer in charge (hire chrges of truck will be paid under seperate Item) .

Cleaning 900 mm diameter CD work RCC pipes including removing all garbage accumulated inside pipe, cleaning the pipe with manually and as per requirement with jetting pipe(water will be supplied free of cost), cleaning rainwater trench/passage up to 10 m length both sides after pipe to flow rain water smoothly. Item includes disposing off all garbage/soil at suitable location as instructed by Engineer incharge including all labour, machinery, transportation, insuarance, taxes, duties etc. complete.

Providing and laying in situ Cement Concrete of trap/ granite / quartzite / gneiss metal for RCC work in foundation like raft, grillage, strip foundation and footing of RCC columns and steel stanchions including normal dewatering, form work, compaction, finishing and curing, etc. complete. (By weigh batching and mix design for M250 and M-300 only. Use of L&T, A.C.C., Ambuja, Birla Gold, Manikgad, Rajashree, etc. cement is permitted.) (Excluding M.S. or Tor reinforcement) In RCC M-200

Providing and laying Cast in situ/Ready Mix cement concrete in M15 of trap/ granite/quartzite/gneiss metal for foundation and bedding / steps including steel centering, formwork, laying/pumping, compacting, roughening them if special finish is to be provided, finishing uneven and honeycombed surface and curing etc. complete. The Cement Mortar 1:3 plaster is considered for rendering uneven and honeycombed surface, only. Newly laid concrete shall be covered by gunny bag, plastic, tarpaulin etc. (Wooden centering will not be allowed.),with fully automatic micro processor based PLC with SCADA enabled reversible Drum Type mixer/concrete Batch mix plant (Pan mixer) etc. complete.
