Earth work in excavation of foundation in all kinds of soil in the structures upto 3m depth as per drawing and technical specification clause 1104 including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious materials, dressing of sides and bottom and backfilling with approved materials including cost, conveyance, royalty of all materials, labour charges, T&P etc. required for the work complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and filling in foundation and plinth with sand including watering & ramming with cost, conveyance, royalities of all materials with additional charges as decieded by the District Administration, DMF & EMF @15% on royality amount and cost of labour, T&P, etc. required for the work complete as per specification & direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying of cement concrete of prop. (1:3:6) using 4cm size black hard granite crusher broken stone aggregate including watering, curing and ramming with cost, conveyance, royalities of all materials with additional charges as decieded by the District Administration, DMF & EMF @15% on royality amount, labour charges, T&P etc. required for the work complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Masonry work using Flyash Bricks of size 250mm X 125mm X 80mm having crushing strength not less than 75 kgs/ cm2 in cement mortar (1:6) in F&P with portland slag cement (PSC) immersing the bricks for minimum 6 hours in water before use with necessary projections, splays, cutting, circular moulding, corbelling etc. including cost, conveyance, royalities of all materials with additional charges as decieded by the District Administration, DMF & EMF @15% on royality amount, loading and unloading of all materials and all labour for scaffolding, watering and curing, sundries, T&P etc complete as per specification & direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Removing old lime or cement plaster from walls including racking out joints 12mm deep and removing the debris within 50 meter lead including cost, conveyance, of all materials, labour charges,T&P etc. required for the work complete as per the specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

12 mm. thick cement plaster in c.m.(1:6) to outside surface all floors at all height with approved grade of cement and with screened and washed sharp sand for mortar and finished smooth to the rough surface of brick masonry walls after racking out joints including watering and curing, rounding of corners etc. complete with cost, conveyance, loading, unloading, royalties of all materials with additional charges as decieded by the District Administration,DMF & EMF @15% on royality amount, cost of all labour, T&P, sundries and scaffolding required for the work etc. complete with providing grooves as per specification and direction of the Engineer in charge.

16 mm. thick cement plaster in c.m.(1:6) to inside surface in all floors at all height with approved grade of cement and with screened and washed sharp sand for mortar and finished smooth to the rough surface of brick masonry walls after racking out joints including watering and curing, rounding of corners etc. complete with cost, conveyance, loading, unloading, royalties of all materials with additional charges as decieded by the District Administration,DMF & EMF @15% on royality amount, cost of all labour, T&P, sundries and scaffolding required for the work etc. complete with providing grooves as per specification and direction of the Engineer in charge.

Providing and laying of cement concrete of prop. (1:2:4) using 12mm size black hard granite crusher broken chips including watering, curing and ramming, centering and shuttering with cost, conveyance, royalities of all materials with additional charges as decieded by the District Administration, DMF & EMF @15% on royality amount, labour charges, T&P etc. required for the work complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing, fitting and fixing of G.I.Pipe of 75mm dia of approved quality including cost, conveyance of all materials, labour charges, T&P etc. required for the work complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing, fitting and fixing of M.S Angle/M.S Flat of approved size to be fixed over G.I Pipe for binding including cost, conveyance of all materials, labour charges, T&P etc. required for the work complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Earthwork in ordinary soil within 50m initial lead and 1.5m initial lift incluiding rough dressing and breaking clods to maxmimum 5cm to 7cm in size and laying in layers not exceeding 0.3m in depth including watering and rolling with PRR including hire & running charges of PRR including cost, conveyance, royality with DMF & EMF @15% on royality amount and cost of labour, T&P etc. required for the work complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

R.C.C. work of M-25 grade using 20mm and down graded size black hard granite crusher broken stone chips including hoisting, lowering, laying, compacting concrete, watering & curing for 28 days with centering & shuttering & finishing the exposed surface smooth providing grooves for beads wherever necessary including cost,conveyance, royalities of all materials with additional charges as decieded by the District Administration, DMF & EMF @15% on royality amount & cost of all labour, T&P etc. required for the work complete in all respect but excluding cost of M.S.rods or Tor Steel & binding wieres & labour charges for bendng & binding & tying the grills as per specification & direction of the Engineer-in-charge. (Drain Slab)

Supplying and laying heavy duty factory made interlocking approved brand paver block of 80mm thick coral shaped on preparation of subbase with 30mm sand and levelling laying interlocking paver block with sand binding and final compaction with plate vibrator finishing the surface including cutting of blocks at the edges inclding cost, conveyance taxed of all materials, labour charges, T&P etc.required for the work.complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying, fitting & fixing of M.S.grills / M.S.shutters/ M.S angle choukath / M.S.Plate shutter / M.S.Grill gate in proper position including making holes in walls or RCC structures and window grills with cost, conveyance of all materials, labour charges,T&P etc. required for the work complete as per the specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Cutting, straightening coiled or bent up M.S. rods, HYSD steel or Tor Steel of grade Fe-500-D confirming to I.S.-1786 - 1985 welding or jointing if necessary, bending, binding, tying the grills as required for RCC works, and hoisting, lowering and placing in proper position according to approved designs and drawings including cost, conveyance, loading, unloading of M.S. rods, HYSD steel or Tor steel and binding wires of 18 to 20 gauge required for the work including cost of all materials, labour charges, sundries, T&P etc. and scaffolding complete in all respect as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge (payment will be made according to the actual weight of M.S. rod or HYSD steel or Tor steel & binding work consumed in the work)

Painting two coats with Enamel paint over iron doors and windows,grills, Grill Gate etc. with sand papering, polishing the surface with cost, conveyance of all materials, labour charges, T&P etc. required for the work complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Finishing walls with two coats of weather coat paint over a coat of cement wash of approved shade to outside surface with cost, conveyance, of all materials, labour charges, T&P etc.required for the work complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge
