Dismantlng of Air blower from the foundation after disconnect the electric supply by electrician and disconneting from the air line and dismantling of external parts like suction silencer, suction filter, dead weight, removing of belt and other parts after opening/cutting of all rusted nut bolts with the help of gas cutter. Taking out the blower at safe place by manual labour and required tripod chain pulley block and other tools & tackles as per site requirement.
Repairing of existing base frame by replacement of required wornout channel including the cost of MS channel with complete labour charges for cutting, welding, grinding and finishing of bas frame the job includes repairing of civil foundation recasting from the broken portion by civil material as per site requirement.
Providing & Fixing of MS studs of size 20mmX300mm fabricated by MS rod with complete threading, machining and finishing includes nut with washer.
Dismantling/Removing of internal parts of blower at the workshop for repairing by required tools & tackles.
Providing of Air Filter of Suction Silencer of existing size and manufacture’s design.
Providing of set of Lip Seal & O Ring.
Providing of V- Belt of size C2650/C102.
Providing of Bearing as per existing size. Bearing no. 22308A(1 no.), 22308B (1 no.), 22310A (1 no.). Make SKF/FAG. Make SKF/FAG.
Providing of Gasket.
Nut bolts of various sizes as per site requirement.
Providing of rubber packing for fixing in flanges joint.
Providing of pressure gauge.
Assembling of blower by fixing of new replaceable part provided by manufacture mentioned above fixing of parts in actual position at accurate size and washing of blower from inside by kerosene oil.
Repairing of sluice valve of 100mm dia. size of Air line for pressure checking job i/c providing and fixing of GM nut and gland bolts, machining of GM ring of flap and body and providing and fixing of MS flanges.
Fixing of repaired Air blower on the foundation at original position by tightely fixing with nut bolts without any vibration and connected with air line and making proper alignment with balacing also includes the charges for fixing of all external parts like suction silencer, suction filter, pressure gauge, dead weight, belt and other dismantled parts as per site requirement.
Transport charges for tools & tackles and repairable blower to workshop to & fro.
Testing & commissioning of blowers on full load.
