Removing existing unserviceable legs from charpoy GI and making leg from short rail removed from Item No.07 here-in-before by cutting serviceable portion into a required size and bottom of leg shall be plugged with 3mm thick mild steel welded to bottom of legs. two nos of flat iron 25x3mm MS clamp made to shape as shall be welded to GI legs as shown on drawing and fixing with charpoy duly threaded complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge. Removal of existing nylon newar from galvanised iron charpoy and supply and fix 12mm thick plywood BWR grade type 'AA' of size 1980x900mm with all four corners made curved with radius 2" with 6 Nos 50x6mm round headed CP bolt and nut with washers including 3 Nos MS flat iron stiffner made out of 40x3mm of not less than 1300mm length duly bend to shape over existing long rail of charpoy connected with top of flat iron including painting the stiffner with two coats of synthetic enamel black paint over a coat of red oxide paint etc., complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge. Removal of existing old /damaged 9mm ply commercial and supply and fix plywood of size 900x900mm (02 Pieces) with suitable nuts and screws for chorpoy IP folding and two coats of synthetic enamel black painting of work for legs and frame and supply and fix open ends of U shaped frame shall be joined by flat iron gusset pipe plate 02 Nos cut to shape out of 140x110x3mm mild steel sheet and 8mm dia rivets complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.
