SUPPLY OF DISPENSERS

Design, detail engineering, manufacturing, assembly, factory testing including Inspection by approved TPI as defined in tender, supply of dispenser including packaging, insurance, handling transportation of Dispenser, loading and unloading at sites, documentation etc. and providing all related services including installation, integration, site acceptance testing, trial run and commissioning, Operation & Maintenance (AMC), commissioning spares, all drawings, documents and licensed software & hardware, converters, cables etc. complete in all respect CNG Car and Car-cum-Bus (Combo) Dispensers for CGD SIX cities project on 1 Year Annual Rate Contract (ARC) basis conforming to MR No.GAIL/BNR/DOC/MR/DISPENSER/24-02, Technical Specification for CNG Dispenser (DOC. No. GAIL/BNR/DOC/TS/DISPENSER/24-02) and AMC (DOC. No. GAIL/BNR/DOC/AMC/DISPENSER/24-02) enclosed with tender. The materials shall be delivered as per PO on written intimation. Statutory clearance from W&M India for the field installation before start of commercial operations is in bidder's scope. Note: The tentative quantity-wise delivery locations have been mentioned in the note below. However, the actual delivery location will be mentioned/confirmed at the time of the released order/P.O. GA locations are Varanasi, Patna, Ranchi, Jamshedpur, Cuttack, and Bhubaneswar.

CAR CUM BUS (COMBO) DISPENSER Design, Engineering, Manufacturing, and Supply of CNG Car cum Bus Dispenser as per scope of work defined in the Tender Documents inclusive of erection & commissioning spares (The list has to be furnished with the offer) for Six Cities. (EXCLUDING SCOPE at ITEM. No. A.2(a) BELOW)

Inland Transportation upto Delivery location and other cost incidental to delivery of goods at Item Code A.1 (Car Dispenser) Note: (i) The tentative quantity-wise delivery locations have been mentioned in the note below. However, the actual delivery location will be mentioned/confirmed at the time of the released order/P.O. (ii) GAIL's GA locations are Varanasi, Patna, Ranchi, Jamshedpur, Cuttack, and Bhubaneswar. (iii) 1500 Km per Dispenser package has been considered for the purpose of evaluation only. However, the Inland transportation Charges shall be paid for actual distance based on quoted per Km per CNG Dispenser rate. (iv) The distance between the Vendor work/warehouse and delivery location shall be derived on the basis of shortest distance available in Google map / MapmyIndia website. Refer tender for details. SITE ACTIVITY

Erection, Testing, commissioning of each Car and Combo Dispensers, On site Training of each Purchaser’s Personnel for Max. 4 (Four) days as define in the tender.

Calibration, Performance test and Statutory clearance from W&M India, for the field installation before start of commercial operations of each Dispenser as defined in the tender.

Notes: i) GAIL's GA locations are Varanasi, Patna, Ranchi, Jamshedpur, Cuttack, and Bhubaneswar. ii) The location wise quantities may vary considering project requirement. iii) The actual delivery location will be mentioned at the time of the released order (RO)/P.O. However, GA locations-wise tentative quantity distribution for CNG Dispensers are furnished in MR (Vol-II of II), for reference only. The same may change at the time of released order (RO). iv) Amount towards transportation shall be payable based on quantities actually transported to various locations/GA’s and the rate quoted. v) Considering large size of GAs, as per requirement, supplies shall be made to designated sites/ stores which may be located anywhere within the GA. Exact location of stores shall be intimated prior to dispatch of material. vi) The bidder is advised to quote single freight charges for each item per km, irrespective of number of designated locations of storage yard. vii) The Lump-sum Annual repair & comprehensive Maintenance etc. shall be extendable for another 2 years as per owner’s requirement (at sole discretion of Owner) at the rates as quoted by the bidder for fourth year comprehensive repair & Maintenance inclusive of all manpower, spare parts charges, etc (Item C.4). viii) The bidder must follow the ‘OPERATION & MAINTENANCE REQUIREMENT’ and shall ensure to provide trouble free services to the satisfaction of the owner. The date of commercial operation during contract period shall be considered as the start date of O & M and same shall form the basis payment of O & M charges as per SCC. However, in case commercial operation of the dispenser does not start within the 1 year from date of supply (i.e. GRV date), due to the reasons not attributable to the supplier, the O & M Charges quoted by the bidder for 2nd year shall be applicable / considered as rate for 1st year of start of operation. Similar, methodology shall be applicable for subsequent years till entire duration of the O & M period as per SOR.
