20mm thick plastering in cement mortar (1:4) including cost of all material and labour required for the work etc.complete and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Fixing of Kota tiles in floors, traeds steps and landing on 25mm thick bed of cement mortar (1:1) joint with neat cement slurry etc. as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Fixing of Kota tiles in dado and riser on cement mortar (1:3) joint with neat cement slurry etc. as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Fixing of chequerd tiles in floors, treads steps and landing on 25mm thick bed of cement mortar (1:1) joint with neat cement slurry etc. and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying fitting fixing of M.S Doors, windows and grills in proper position including cost of all materials & labours and T & P required for the work etc. complete and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Painting 2 coats with approved enamel paint over 1 coat of red oxide primer on new works complete with all cost of materials and labours.

Wall putty 2 coats with Acrylic wall putty on new works complete including cost of all material and labour required for the work etc. complete and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Wall painting 2 coats with plastic emulsion paint of approved shade on new work to give an even shade including cost of paint etc complete. and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Finishing wall two coats with approved weather coat over 1 coat of wall primer including cost of paint, materials and labours etc complete. and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying, fitting & fixing of Stainless steel of 304 grade in hand railling using 50mm dia of 2mm thick circular pipe with Balustrade of size 32mm x 32mm x 2mm @ 0.90mtr. C/C and stainless square pipe beacing of size 32mm x 32mm x 2mm in 3 rows in stair case as per approved design and specification, buffing, polishing etc with cost, conveyance, taxes of all materials, labour, T&P etc complete & as per direction of Engineer -in- charge.
