Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for Glazed coloured ceramic tiles 600 mm x 1200 mm x 8-10 mm thick, in vertical surface, set and jointed in chemical slurry and pointed in epoxy sealent grout to match the shade of tile, laid over and including 10 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for Vitrified Ceramic tiles, light shade, 600 mm x 1200 mm x 8-10 mm (square/ rectangular) as in floors etc., set and jointed in chemical slurry and pointed in epoxy sealent grout to match the shade of tile, laid over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

All as per Srl item No. 3.00 here-in-before but on vertical surface such as skirting, dado etc., including necessary cutting etc., over and including 10 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:3 complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for coloured vitrified ceramic tiles, 600 mm x 1200 mm x 8-10mm thick, double charge/ ultra charge (square/ rectangular), in floors etc., set and jointed in chemical slurry and pointed in epoxy sealent grout to match the shade of tile, laid over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

All as per Srl item No. 5.00 here-in-before but on vertical surface such as skirting, dado etc., including necessary cutting etc., over and including 10 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:3 complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for first quality non skid ceramic coloured tiles, 600 x 1200 x 8-10mm thick, in floors etc., set and jointed in chemical slurry and pointed in epoxy sealent grout to match the shade of tile, laid over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position, and removing all demolished material/ debris to out side MD land complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for 25 mm thick Cement Conrete 1:2:4, type B–0 (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregates) as in levelling course for laying floor finishes including finishing the surface even and rough to receive topping layer complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F exterior grade, coloured, non skid porcelain tiles (Parking tiles), heavy duty, non-abrasive, acid/alkali resistant industrial tiles of size 400 mm x 400 mm x 12-15 mm as in floor, set and jointed in neat slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match the colour of tile, laid over and including screed bed or bedding layer of 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
