M&L for first quality glazed ceramic joint free coloured tiles of size 300mm x 450mm x 7 to 8 mm thick on vertical surfaces; set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement mixed with pigment to match the shade of tile over and including 10 mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar 1:4, as in dado/ skirting complete all as specified and directed. Note: Colour, design and pattern shall be approved by GE(I).

Taking up or down steel tubing and connections of 15 mm bore including removal from site complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No. 11 here in before but of 20 mm bore.

Supply and fixing 20 mm outer dia 3-layer PP-R Polypropylene random copolymer) pipes SDR 7.4 & SDR 11 UV stablised and antimicrobial fusion welded having thermal stability for hot & cold water supply including all PP-R plain & brass threaded Polypropylene random fittings like PP-R Tee, bend, elbow , sockets, unions, nipples etc fixed complete to walls with clips as required at site ceilings or in floors etc. Make: SFMC/ Kissan/ Supreme as approved by GE(I)

S&F 20mm steel tubes medium grade galvanized with all fitting and fixed complete to walls and ceiling or laid in floor complete and all as specified and directed. Make: TATA/Jindal/Prakash Surya as approved by GE.

Supply and fixing in repair 15 mm dia bib tap fancy type CP cast copper alloy with crutch or butter fly handle screwed down, screwed for iron pipe complete all as specified and directed. Make : Hindware / L&K / Plumber / Jaquar/Prayag as approved by GE.

S & F in repair 15mm bore stop valves/ angle cock,fancy type chromium plated with long shank and cup (concealed type) screwed down high pressure, with crutch or butterfly handle screwed both ends for iron pipe or for unions and fixed complete all as specified and directed. Make : Hindware / L&K / Plumber / Jaquar/Prayag as approved by GE.

S & F in repairs Pillar tap fancy type " pressure with or without letter cast copper alloy with capstan heads, chromium plated screwed down high pressure, with or without lettered 'HOT or cold with long screwed shanks and fly nuts screwed for irion pipe and fixed complete all as specified and as directed. Make: L&K/ Hindware/ Prayag/ Jaguar/Plumber as approved by GE(I)

S & F in repairs vitreous china wash hand basin, white flat/angle back size 550 x 400 mm complete incl necessary cutting holes and pinning in ends of angle iron brackets, 75 cm long and 25 mm bore PVC waste pipe and 32 mm dia CP waste coupling complete all as specified . Make of WHB :- Hindware / Cera / Parryware as approved by GE.

Providing & fixing 10 mm thick plaster of paris ceilling board (Gypsum unhydrous) to flat surface over 2nd class softwood fillets , or metal frame work and reinforced with GI wire mesh (fillets, metal frame work and GI wire mesh & paid seperatly) fixed in repair after removal of old deterioted ceilling board and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of primer complete.

Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or R.C.C.) any section, including taking out embedded portion in concrete, brick work, masonary and making good disturbed ground as in natural ground complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Galvanised, 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24 mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 63mm to 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire staples or steel pins etc complete all as specified and directed (Each line wire to be measured).

All as per item No -104 but fixed in repair. Note: Old serviceable barbed wire retrievd from item no 103 shall be reused.

M&L for cement concrete 1:2 : 4 Type B-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in lintels up to 1.5 meter span, seismic bands,lintel bands & lacing courses, parapet railing, bed plates and similar items incl necessary form work all as specified and directed.

S&F Mild steel angle iron for posts and struts as in fencing post including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc ; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drillings, bolting or riveting, etc. and similar confirming to Fe 290 Gde E-165complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for welding in repair n exc 6mm thickness of metal to be welded

Repair/Easing of Aluminium door size exc 2 sqm but not exc 4 sqm incl repair/replacment of hinges, rubber gaskit, handle & alignment of door etc complete.
