Taking down ceiling fans of any sweep and any size including cable connections and disconnecting of fan blades and removing the fan with blades to store yard and hanging ceiling fan in its original position or any other position including as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge including fitting and fixtures after carrying out the repairs i.e cleaning, greasing and filling, painting of fan with one coat of synthetic enamel paint by spraying machine after preparation of surface by cleaning all dust and filling cavity with filler, reassembling the fan etc including testing complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. (Note :- Contractor's quoted rates shall including the following (i) Taking down fan and refixing in the same position and or any other position complete with its all fittings and fixtures to make it complete functional and testing complete. (ii) All minor repairs including greasing, oiling, prepartion of surface including filling to receiving a coat of paint (iii) Painting of fan including marking MES number etc with black paint).

M&L for rewinding of burnt fan motor with super enameled copper wire suitable for ceiling fan of sweep up to 1200 mm complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for rewinding of burnt fan motor with super enameled copper wire suitable for ceiling fan of sweep up to 1400 mm complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement of ball bearing No 6201/6202/6203/6204 suitable as per the site requirement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement of gun metal copper alloy bush suitable for existing make ceiling fans up to size 1400mm complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Supply and fixing in replacement of GI rod , painted with white colour of size 15 mm dia and up to 1 m long suitable as per site complete.

Supply and fixing in replacement of GI rod , painted with white colour of size 15 mm dia from more than 1 m to 1.5 m long suitable as per site complete.

Supply and fixing in replacement of U clamps with nuts, bolts , washers and split pins complete heavy duty complete.

Supply and fixing in replacement of heavy duty rubber reel suitable for any size for ceiling fan complete.

S&F in replacement of canopy of suitable size as per the site requirement including nut and bolts complete.

Supply and fixing in replacement of ceiling fan blade suitable of 1200 mm sweep size complete.

Supply and fixing in replacement of ceiling fan blade suitable of 1400 mm sweep size complete.

Taking down exhaust fans of any sweep and any size after taking out it from its mounting place dismantling the blades, opening the casting and cleaning the dust properly, greasing and oiling the bearing, cleaning the winding and refixing the exhaust fan to its original position or any other position including all fittings and fixture after applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint by spraying machine with preparation of surfaces by fillings cavity with filter and cleaning all dust after carrying out proper repairing complete all as specified. (Note :- Contractor's quoted rates shall including the following (i) Taking down fan and refixing the same position and or any other position complete with its all fittings and fixtures to make it complete functional and testing complete. (ii) All minor repairs including greasing, oiling, prepartion of surface including filling to receiving a coat of paint (iii) Painting of fan complete including marking MES number etc with white paint).

M&L for rewinding of exhaust fans with super enameled copper wire of suitable size up to 450 mm of any make/type/model complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement of louvers for exhaust fan of size 300 to 450mm sweep complete.

All as per item No. 15 here-in-before but of size upto 300 mm sweep.

Supply and fixing fastener for Exhaust fan complete all as speified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement of exhaust fan blade of size 300mm to 450mm complete.

Taking down wall mounting/cabin fans up to 12'' sweep removing/cleaning of dust properly oiling and greasing of bush/bearings including re-fixing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

M&L for cleaning of dust properly, oiling and greasing of bush/bearing oscillatory knobs including dismantling and refixing of pedestal/air circulators of 12”/24” sweep of any make and size complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L in replacement of compact motor 230V AC with plastic housing of wall mounting fan for 300/400 sweep winding with super enameled copper wire of suitable size complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in charge.

M&L in replacement of wall fan blade 300/400mm sweep as per exisitng model complete all as specified and directed.

M&L in replacement of guard frame for wall fan blade 300/400mm sweep as per exisitng model complete all as specified and directed.

M&L in replacement of wall fan main body with base , knob & clamp for 300/400 sweep as per exisiting model complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of in replacement of wall mounted swing fan complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing of plastic body exhaust fan with louvers complete 200 mm sweep, 230 volts,single phase, AC Supply complete with bolts,nuts and washers size of bolts 150 mm long,6 mm dia embedded in the wall all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement of capacitors up to 3.15 Mfd complete.

Supply and fixing in replacement of capacitors up to 2.5 Mfd complete.

Supply and fixing in replacement of ceiling fan regulators up to 300 watts electronic step down type complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F in replacement of switch piano flush type, 5 Amps single pole, one way complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and Fixing in replacement of socket outlet, 3 pin, 6 Amps, flush type complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and Fixing in replacement of PVC insulated flexible multistranded copper cable of size 1.5 Sqmm, 2 core complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L in replacement for ceiling fan energy saving motor suitable for 1200mm sweep 230V, 50 Hz, AC single phase complete with superior quality of copper winding wire & bearing , starter & rotar complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement ceiling rose, surface type, 65mm x 50mm, 3 terminal complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement of modular fan regulator 120 watt, 2 module, 230 volts, 50 HZ, AC. Complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.
