Earthwork in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed , within a lead of 50m - all kinds of soil.

Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches,plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead upto 50m and lift upto 1.5m.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - all work upto plinth level - 1:5:10 (1 cement : 5 coarse sand : 10 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size).

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete , excluding the cost of centering, shuttering , finsishing and reinforcement - All work upto plinth level 1:1.5:3 (1cement : 1.5 coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size).

Reinforced cement concrete work in walls (any thickness), including attached pilasters , buttresses, plinth and string courses , fillets, columns , pillars,piers, abutments, posts and struts etc.upto floor five level excluding cost of centering,shuttering,finishing and reinforcement:1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size)

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc and removal of form for - foundations, footings, bases of columns etc for mass concrete.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc and removal of form for - Walls (any thickness ) including attached pilasters, butteresses, plinth and string courses etc.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc and removal of form for - Lintels, beams, plinth beams, girders, bressumers and catilevers.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc and removal of form for - Columns, Pillars, Piers, Abutments, Posts and Struts.

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C.work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level - Thermo -Mechanically treated bars (TISCON / VIZAG / IISCO / SAIL / JSW) Fe - 415 or more.

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S (non modular ) bricks of class designation 7.5 in superstructure above plinth level upto floor five level in all shapes and sizes in - cement mortar 1:6 ( 1 cement : 6 coarse sand).

12mm cement plaster of mix -1:6 ( 1 cement : 6 fine sand).

15mm cement plaster on the rough side of single or half brick wall of mix - 1:6 (1cement : 6 fine sand).

Applying one coat of water thinnable cement primer of approved brand and manufacturer on wall surface - water thinnable cement primer.

Finishing walls with water proofing cement paint of required shade - New work (Two or more coats applied @ 3.84 kg / 10 sqm).

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade - One or more coats on old work.

Finishing walls with textured exterior paint of required shade - old work (two or more coats on existing cement paint surface applied at 3.28 ltr / 10 sqm.

Supply of Quarry rubbish including stacking to department gauge for premeasurement and spreading required thickness.
