Dismantling, floor hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) removing servicable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises, all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster or cement lime plaster on PCC/stone surface/brick surfaces including raking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc, complete all as specified & directed.

M & L for Non Skid coloured Cermaic tiles 7 to 8mm thick (sqaure/rectanular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm as in floors over screed bedding layer of cement mortar 1:6 set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the surface all as specifed and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for Glazed ceramic tiles in vertical surface 300x200x7 mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement but as in skirting /dado laid over 10 mm thick badding layer of CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed

M&L for rendering 15mm thick average in cement mortar (1:4) over roof surfaces mixed with WPC @ 3% of weight of cement or as per manufacturer's recommendation , finished even and smooth without using extra cement after preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and directed. Note:- WPC shall be measured and paid seperately as supply only.

Supply water proofing compound, ISI marked.

Taking down chowkhat or frame (without taking off shutter from the frame) not exceeding 1.5 Square Metre each , removing from the site including cutting holes required for taking out existing hold fast etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down shutters exc 1.0 Sqm but not exc 2 Sqm each, all as directed.

S&F solid PVC Door frame of size 50mm x 47mm made out of 5 mm plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with M.S Square tube, supplying & fixing in opening as per specification & drawing.

Taking down carefully copper/aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete, including fixture and fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendents, regulators, sockets, light fittings etc removing materials to store for keeping in safe custody or for taking credit (credit for above items should be made as per conditions separately) and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors, etc
