IMPROVEMENT TO RCC STRUCTURE, PLASTERING , PLINTH PROTECTION IN BLDG NO P-31 TO P-34 , P-36 AND PROVN OF CERTAIN SANCTIONED WORKS AT AF STN KANHERI HILLS UNDER GE(AF) THANE

Dismantling floor,hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) removing serviceable tiles to stone and rubbish of the premises., complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for non skid ceramic coloured tiles Ist quality 7 to 8mm thick, (square/ rectangular), area of each tile exceeding 0.06 sqm, but not exceeding 0.11 sqm as in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles, laid over and including 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in cement mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note: Colour and shade of tiles shall be approved by Engr-In-Charge and contractor shall not have any claim whatsoever on this account.

M&L for Glazed ceramic tiles, coloured, of size 350mm x 250mm/450 mm x 350mm, thickness not less than 7mm as in vertical surfaces such as skirting/dado etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with white cement mixed with pigment to match the shade of tile, fixed over and including 10mm thick rendering (bedding layer) on brick/concrete surface in cement mortor 1:4, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of Stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc laid bedded and pointed in any mortor .

M&L for machine cut cudappah stone slab 20-25mm thick over cement screed base, laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete including 20mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 for laying floor finishes complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 50mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in plinth protection / path, finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement and joints shall be filled with mixture of bitumen and sand (1:3) by wight, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete as in roofs, floors (other than ground floors), beams, staircases, landing, chajjas and similar suspended work in any position including disposal of unserviceable materials,debris and rubbish , complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Use & waste of wooden form work (rough finished surfaces ) to sides & soffits of Chajjas, parapets & facia and similar work n. exc 200 mm thick, complete all as specified

M&L Reinforced cement concrete nomonal mix 1:2:4 ,type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in slabs supported on walls, beams and columns in floors, roofs,chajja, landings, balconies, canopies, deck slabs and in shelves complete all as specified.
