Comprehensive maintenance and servicing of gate barriers of span 5.5 metre, electrically operated, lifting type, of including repairs and servicing of electrical motor, fly wheel, pinions, clutch plates, limit switch, control cables, switch gears and replacement of oil etc, complete for smooth functioning all as specified and as directed. Note: The period of interval for cleaning shall be 2 months.

Comprehensive maintenance and servicing of Hangar gate electrically operated including repairs and servicing of electrical motor, fly wheel, pinions, clutch plates, limit switch, control cables, switch gears and replacement of oil etc., complete for smooth functioning all as specified and as directed. Note: Electronic Controller shall be measured and paid separately

(b) TECHNICAL AREA DG sets installed at AN-32 Sub Stn, 112 HU DSS and MAFI-II Sub Stn, Simulator AF Station Yelahanka. (200 KVA-5 and 250 KVA-3) Make of DG Set: KIRLOSKAR/ CUMMINS

A CHECK (every 50 hrs operation or 1 month which ever is earlier) (i) Lubrication/greasing to all parts. (ii) Check engine oil level. FUEL SYSTEM (i) Drain sediment from fuel tanks. AIR SYSTEM (Every 50 Hrs/1 month whichever earlier) (i) Clean pre cleaner dustpan weekly. (ii) Check Air cleaner restriction clean/Change cleaner element if required. COOLING SYSTEM (i) Check coolant level OTHER MAINTENANCE (i) Drainer tank (ii) Check and rectify leakages (iii) Dian fuel filter water fuel filter water separator. (iv) Check belts, adjust if required.

B CHECK (every 250 Hrs operation or every 6 month which ever is earlier) (i) Repeat 'A' Lubrication (ii) Changing Engine Oil (iii) Record oil pressure FUEL SYSTEM (i) Check Hydraulic-Governor Oil (ii) Check Throttle Leakage (iii) Lubricate Ball joints of the throttle linkage of Hydraulic, Governor (iv) Change Fuel filter (v) Clean fuel tank breather AIR SYSTEM (i) Clean/Change Crankcase Breather (ii) Check Air pipings COOLING SYSTEM (i) Check coolant in radiator (ii) ADD Coolant concentrate if required (iii) Check heat exchanger zinc plugs . Note :- Coolant oil, Engine Oil and filter will be measured and paid separetly.

All as per item No 49 above but 160 KVA DG sets installed at Dornier FTD of Make: KIRLOSKAR all as specified and directed.

A -check (every 50 hrs/1 month which ever is earlier) (a) Repeat the daily checks (b) Check oil level in the oil bath type air cleaner © Check the fan belt tension. (d) Check the electrical connection.

B - CHECK(Every 250 hours/Six month whichever is earlier) (a) Repeat the 'A' Checks (b) Service the oil bath type air cleaner (c) Replace the engine main lub oil filter element and sealing ring (d) Grease the water pump bearing Cleaning the button filter (e) Clean the button filter (f )Drain fuel filler bowls to remove sediments and water (g) Check battery electrolyte level ,top up with distiIled water,clean terminals and apply petroleum jelly.
