Disconnecting the electrical connections from LT panel board, taking out from sump well 40 HP electric motor pump set non clogging self priming 100x125 mm size Horizontal/ vertical type disconnecting input and output sewage connections by manual/mech arrangements, dismantling the motor and carrying to workshop for repair Including taking out pumping set from sumpwell and lowiring the same after suitable repair and carrying back the electric motor from workshop to site after repair, reconnecting with pump set, fixing on foundation in sump well, testing and commissioning to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for rewinding the electric induction motor 3 phase 400/415 Volts 40 HP, 50 C/S by opening the same carefully removing all windings and cleaning the slots properly and rewinding the same with copper binding wire of existing guage including providing paper insulation sheets, bamboo sticks and applying two coat of varnish for proper insulation, reassembling the motor,Including taking out induction motor and lowering after suitable repair testing and commissioning of motor on full load to the entire satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge complete and all as spcified and as directed .

M&L for prepration of steel/iron/ surface of section line , discharge line, pump, motor with frame and all type of fixture i.e sluice valve, non return valve etc,at installaion no 5,6,7,11,12,13,14,& 15 (08 Nos) & STP Plant and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint with spray paint machine including marking the direction of flow of Sewage complete installaton with colour code as directed by Engr-in-Charge complete all as specified and as directed..

Taking up/out cast iron pipe of 100 & 150 mm bore water mains (including all fittings) with spigot and socketed ends or flanged ends including burning out joints and recovering lead or dismantling flanged joints of pipes complete all as specified and as directed.

M&Lfor centrifiugally cast (spun) Ductile iron pressure pipe 150 mm bore with spigot and socketed ends or flanged ends ISI stamping/marking with IS 8329/2000 classification K7 , instandard length of 5.5-6.0 m suitable for push on joint ( gasket D) with cement mortar lining in pipes complete all as specified and as directed.

M&Lfor centrifiugally cast (spun) Ductile iron pressure pipe 100 mm bore with spigot and socketed ends or flanged ends ISI stamping/marking with IS 8329/2000 classification K7 , in standard length of 5.5 - 6.0 m suitable for push on joint ( gasket D) with cement mortar lining in pipes including joint and jointing material complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for DI fittings upto 150 mm bore flanged & spigot socketed DI pipes such as bends ,Tapers ,Tee pieces ( single & double branch ) any type ,angle/radius, straight connecting pieces etc but all ends flanged inluding jointing with jointing material complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Excavation, earth work will be measured and paid separately in respective items of this schedule .

Cutting existing cast iron pipe of 100 mm bore of any description for insertion of fittings and setting the pipe in proper alignment complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Excavation earth work and fittings will be measured and paid separately in respective items of this schedule .

M&L Cleaining of sewage wells of size 6 to 8 metre dia x 5 to 7 metre depth (approximate) at Sump well no. 2,5,6,7,10 11,12,13,14,15 and STP all wells removing soild sludge/sewage wastage from well manually/ mechnically and disposed off out side MOD Land any means to entiresatisfaction of Engieer-in-charge complete all as specified and a sdirected.

S&F Pvc extra flexible suction hose pipe 100 mm complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply only nut bolt with washer of size as directed by Engr-in-Charge

Repair/replacement of unserviceable phase preventor of existing size of motor capacity 5 HP to 40HP complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for laying XLPE insulated, armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor, 1100 volt grade of crosssectional area 25 Sqmm 3.5 Core laid in trenches under floors/ along/over poles et cincluding removing the existing unserviceable cable complete all as spcified and as directed.Note:- Excavation and earth work, sand cushioning, cable cover will be measured and paid separately in respective items of this schedule

Excavation in trenches in Soft/Loose soil not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m in depth for laying of pipes, cables, poles,Stay and strips etc and getting out complete all as spcified and as directed

Returning, filling-in soft/loose soil including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm complete all as spcified and as directed

If the comaplint is not rectified within stipulated time contractor will bear penality of Rs 500/- per day per complaint complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge .Note :- (i) Necessary tools and plants ,ladder etc reqired will be provided by contractor .(ii) Transport reqd by the staff will be provided by contractor.

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floor and paving n,exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) including tiles and removing the debris outside MOD land complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 75 mm thick cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregates as in sub base of floor complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 10mm coloured paver tiles (endeura Tiles) of size 300 x 300mm in floor etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 20mm thick screed bed in cement mortar1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floor and paving exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) including paver blocks removing the debris outside MOD land complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 100 mm thick cement concrete (1:4:8) type D-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregates as in sub base of floor complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for proving 60 mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver blocks of M-35 grade of approve colour,design & pattern as in foot paths ,parks, lawns ,driveway or light traffic parking etc of required strength ,thickness size and shape, made by table vibratory method using PU moulds, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50 mm thick compacted bed of sand, compacting the proper embedding /laying of inter locking paver blocks into sand layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size, finishing and removing the extra sand complete all as specified and as directed. Dismantling posts and struts (wood, steel or RCC) any section, including taking out embedded portion and making good the disturbed ground complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavating in soft/loose soil for post holes (or similar holes) each n' exc 0.5 cum, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers n'. exc 25 cm, watering, and removing surplus soil to a distance n exc 50 m and making good surface complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Hand rails, half round or other stock section or core for wooden hand-rail straight portion, drilled and countersunk for balusters running bars, for doors, balusters, nosing to steps including embeding in concrete and screwing etc, wind ties for roof including securing bolts ; posts and struts in fencing with angle including cutting tops to shape as directed, driliing holes, notching for wire etc. Mild steel round bars and flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc). including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting etc. and similar work complete all as specified and directed.
