Item Description/ Heading
Digging of trench at the haul road going towards upper bench and then laying of MS pipes to act as casing for heliflex delivery hose of submersible pumps. Making of total 03 no.s of such delivery case
Removing of old delivery range casing made of 8 inch dia MS pipes from the above said haul road that was laid down earlier and is now redundant, so the the MS pipes will be used in the lower bench
Fitting of submersible pump motor set and pontoon for the new sump at coalface for Pump No.01
Installation of submersible pump motor pipeline, suction and delivery range, and fitting of foot valve
Doing the same job for 2nd and 3rd pump in succession one after the other
Before joining of the pipeline, fitting of flange and welding of flanges in the pipes
Again as the water recedes, shifting of both the submersible pumps from the 2nd location to the 3rd location along with pontoon and valves after dismantling from the old location
Maintenance of the delivery pipelines for the next couple of weeks
Suction and delivery pipe line work of turbing pump as the water level reduces
Non return and footvalve changing of No.1 turbing pump after taking repaired valves from fitter store to site
Foot valve repairing of domestic pump Roto-4 Stage, after taking repaired valves from fitter store to site
Lifitng of motor or/and pump in case there is fault in the motor in the coming months, then necessary on site repairing and lowering of the pump
Delivery pipeline repairing in the highwalls
Supply of nut bolt 5/8" X 2"
Supply of heliflex hose of submersible pump, durable quality, cable of handling
Total impact of GST for the purpose of CTC
