INTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION

Item No. 01 : Point wiring (using approved colour coding as per IS) with 1100 volts grade, stranded copper conductor 1.5 Sqmm (nominal area), FRLSH,PVC insulated and unsheathed cable IS 694 marked TEC and FIA approved in and including PVC concealed conduit(thickness 2mm and 25 m dia) and its fittings duly ISI marked with all accessories such as bends, reducers, spacers, saddles,junction boxes,including modular PVC box,modular white cover plate/PVC gang box and inner plate with frame of suitable size for mounting modular switches/sockets,fan regulators etc complete with and including continuous earth wire of size 1.5 Sqmm, single core, PVC FRLSH copper conductor, insulated, unsheathed,stranded (Green colour) connected to common earth dolly confirming to IS-694, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge for the following:-

Item No. 01(a) One Light/Fan/Bell point controlled by one switch 5Amp (light/fan/exhaust)

Item No. 01(b) Socket outlet, three pin, 5 Amp, on independent board.

ITEM NO. 02 : Concealed Point wiring with 2.50 Sqmm (nominal cross-sectional area) FRLSH PVC insulated & unsheathed 1100 volts grade multi stranded copper conductor single core cable drawn through and including non-metallic rigid PVC conduit of adequate size with all fittings and accessories including sunk mild steel terminal boxes with 3mm thick plastic laminated sheet top cover complete including FRLSH PVC insulated & unsheathed single core multistranded copper conductor cable of size 2.50 Sqmm green in colour as earth continuity conductor connected to common earth and earth dolly for one 15 Amp socket outlet on independent board, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

ITEM NO. 03 : Flame proof point wiring with single core PVC insulated and unsheathed 1100 volt grade (FRLSH) electric cable with multi stranded copper conductor of size 1.5 Sqmm phase and neutral drawn in and including ERW rigid steel stove enameled black conduit heavy duty ISI marked of size 20mm dia concealed type including all flame proof conduct fittings and accessories such as tees junction boxes, bends duly tested by CMRI Dhanbad suitable for two light controlled by one flame proof rotary switch SP one way and including drawing continuous earth wire FRLSH PVC insulated unsheathed 1100V grade cable with stranded copper conductor of size 1.5 Sqmm and connected to earth dolly conforming to IS-694, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Item No. 04 : Modular blank plate,1 module, ISI marked,suitable for modular switch boards, complete all as specified and directed.

Item No. 05 : Modular metal flush box with modular cover plate,12 module, ISI marked, complete all as specified and directed.

Item No. 06 : Modular metal flush box with modular cover plate,8 module, ISI marked, complete all as specified and directed.

ITEM NO. 07 : Submain wiring with 2 Nos single core FRLSH PVC insulated and unsheathed cable with stranded copper conductor of 6 Sqmm drawing in & including heavy grade PVC Concealed conduit ISI marked of suitable size with all accessories and one additional 1 run of FRLSH PVC insulated unsheathed 1100 Volts Copper conductor wire of 6 Sq mm but green in colour for earth DBs and boxes with proper thimbles,complete all as specified and directed. (NOTE:- 02 (Two) runs of 6 Sqmm size cable , 01 (One) run of earth wire & one run of PVC conduit shall be measured as one unit.)

ITEM NO. 07A : Submain wiring with 2 Nos Single core of 4 Sqmm , 1100 Volts, FRLSH PVC insulated and unsheathed cable with stranded copper conductor drawing in and including heavy grade PVC concealed conduit 2 mm thick, 25 mm dia ISI marked with all accessories and one additional continuous FRLSH PVC insulated unsheathed 1100 Volt Copper Conductors earth wire of size 1 X 4 Sqmm (nominal crossectional area , as earth conductor but green in colour for earth DBs and boxes with proper thimbles, complete all as specified and directed. (NOTE:- 02 (Two) runs of 4 Sqmm size cable , 01 (One) runs of earth wire & one run of PVC conduit shall be measured as one unit.)

ITEM NO. 08 : Sheet metal enclosure, loadline vertical DB, TPN 415 volts, 4 way, IP-43 protection ,double door, suitable for MCCB as incomer with and including common bus bar of capacity 200 Amps and out going MCB's, grouted in wall in CM, making electrical connections, complete all as specified and directed (MCBs shall be paid seperately under respective items).

ITEM NO 09 : Sheet metal enclosure, Epoxy power coated MCB DB, SPN, 240 volts, 12 way, double door type with and including common bus bar of capacity 200 Amps, grouted in wall in CM (1:3) to match the existing surface, making electrical connections, complete all as specified and directed.

ITEM NO 10: Sheet metal enclosure, Epoxy power coated MCB DB, SPN, 240 volts, 8 way, double door type with and including common bus bar of capacity 200 Amps, grouted in wall in CM (1:3) to match the existing surface, making electrical connections, complete all as specified and directed.

ITEM No 21 : MCCB 4 pole, 63 Amps, 415 Volt , rated short circuit breaking capacity Icu=25 KA, Ics= 100% Icu, adjustable Thermal Magnetic trip with overload variation 80-100% In and short circuit variation 6-10 In, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

ITEM NO. 22 : Ceiling fan (5 star rated) 230 V, 50 Hz, 1200 mm sweep confirming to IS374-2019, with all standard accessories as per manufacturer's recommendations ,making connections with 3 core copper cable of size not less than 1.5mm sqmm from ceiling rose,complete all as specified and directed. Make: Havells ES-505/ Bajaj / USHA or equivalent make as mentioned in Appendix 'B'.

ITEM NO. 23 : RJ-11 telephone socket with transparent shutter 1 module alongwith flush metal box 1 module and front cover plate 1 module, complete all as specified and directed.

ITEM NO. 24 : TV socket with transparent shutter 1 module alongwith flush metal box 1 module and front cover plate 1 module, complete all as specified and directed.

ITEM No 25 : New generation energy saving and environmental friendly long life LED building security light 1x25 watts made up of pressure die cast alluminium housing with high power LED as light source and lense embedded PC cover having TOP OPENING separate driver compartment with IP65 protection and impact resistance of IK07, with all accessories including suitable bracket with 32mm bore light grade GI pipe 1.20 mtr in length bent to shape, including MS clamp of size of required size and PVC cable 1.5 Sqmm twincore from ceiling rose to light fittings, complete all as specified and as directed. Copper conductor from ceiling rose to exhaust fan, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Make: Havells / Bajaj / USHA or equivalent makes as mentioned in Appendix 'B'.

ITEM No 27 : Exhaust fan, metallic bodyheavy duty,AC single phase 240 V of size 450 mm sweep,900RPM with self closing louvers including suitably embedded in wall including making hole/opening and making connection with flexible cord copper of size 23/.0076 from ceiling rose, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. ITEM NO. 29 : Flame proof/weather proof direct entry type rotary switch single pole,totally enclosed, on & OFF rotary motion switch in cast aluminum alloy LM-6 enclosure epoxy powder coated single pole 230Volts 16 Amps, AC ON/OFF switch operated externally by Knob having 02 Nos of M-20 cable entries, earthing terminals suitable for mounting on Wall/Steel structure etc duly tested & certified by CMRI-Dhanbad. ITEM No 31 : Flame proof 2 way distribution board for mounting MCBs/RCBO's ELCB etc. as per IS specification and CMRI approved of factory made fabricated out of cast aluminium alloy LM-06 gray appoxy powder coated finish, fitted with DIN Channel neutral link, earth links and 200 Amps rated bus bar ,DB shall be having with IP-65 protection, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. ITEM No 36 : Earthing complete with and including galvanised steel earth plate electrode 600 mm x 600 mm x 6 mm surrounded by a mixture of charcoal and salt in alternate layers burried directly in ground vertically in a pit of depth not less than 2.25 m deep below ground level with top edge of earth plate at a depth of not less than 1.5 m below ground level, connected with and including galvanised iron or steel earth wire, 4mm dia (No. 8 SWG) by means bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers made out of galvanised iron, 15 mm bore (medium grade) GI pipe for protection of earthing lead, 20 mm bore (medium grade) GI pipe for watering with funnel, wire mesh and including necessary excavation and earth work, PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 pit and 50 mm thick RCC 1:1.5:3 type A-1 reinforced with XPM (weight not less than 3 kg/sq m) pit cover, C.I frame, charcoal and comman salt filling in alternate layers, complete all as shown and specified in electrical plate No. 3 of SSR Part-I (2009). Road, Path and Culvert Works

ITEM NO 37 : 60mm thick machine pressed precast concrete (M-35 grade) interlocking paver block,manufactured in an automatic plant working on vibration and simultaneous hydraulic compression from top (with grey cement and pigment) any shape and size conforming to IS 15658-2006 laid over sand cushioning & filling the joints with sand after laying, complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE :- Cost of Sand will be measured and paid seperately .

ITEM NO 43 : Supply and Installation of Desert cooler with outer body made of PGI (Plain Galvanised Iron) sheet not less than 1.20 mm thickness for fixed part, thickness of PGI sheet for shutter not less than 0.80 mm thick, front grill made of PGI sheet with minimum weight 2.80 kgs, overall outer size not less than 66 cm X 66 cm X 99 cm (height), electric driven copper wounded fan motor having nominal air flow capacity 4000 Cum per hour and submersible pump for required flow of water (single phase), complete all as specified and as directed.

Solar Hot Water Supply Works

(NOTE :-04 (four) runs of 4 Sqmm cable ,1 run of earth wire & one run of PVC conduit will be measured as one unit)

ITEM NO. 47 : Sheet metal enclosure, Epoxy Power coated, loadline vertical DB, TPN 415 volts, 4 way, Double door type, IP-43 protection with and including common bus bar of Capacity 200 Amps and out going MCB's suitable for MCCB as incomer, grouted in wall in CM, making electrical connections, complete all as specified and directed.Make:-Havells, CAT part No-DHDLVSRWGOFO04 or equivalent in Hager/Legrand/Schneider.

ITEM No 48 : MCB, TPN , 415 volts ,40 Amps, 'C'curve, 10 KA , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.Make:-Havells/Hager/Legrand.

Lightning Protection

Item No 49 :- Earthing with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600mm x 600mm x 6mm thick, burried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metre deep below normal ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 metre below normal ground level connected to galvanized iron 32x6mm earth strip by means of bolts, nuts check nuts and washers of galvanized iron or steel with protection pipe of GI, medium grade 40mm bore, watering pipe 20mm bore of GI medium grade, earth plate surrounded by alternate layer of coal dust and common salt 15 cm thick each layer all as per electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part-I and connected to earthing test point all as specified or indicated and testing on completion including funnel with wire mesh, earthing chamber with PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate, 80 mm thick precast RCC 1:2:4 type B-1 cover duly reinforced with XPM (weight not less than 3 kg/sqm) and frame including all excavation and earth work etc. all as specified. (Qty= 04 No for Lightning Protection + 12 No for Ext E/S ) NOTE : 1. Earth chamber shall be constructed at least 1.50 metre away from the top of earth electrode, the earth pit and pipe for watering shall be provided in slanting manner. 2. Cost of 7.5m length of GI strip & GI protection pipe included in the rate of this item. Extra length shall be measured and paid for separately.

External Water Supply Works

Item No 53 : Centrifugally cast (spun) ductile iron pressure pipes with socket & spigot ends having ISI stamping marking with IS 8329/2000 classification K7, In standard length of 5.5 - 6 mtr suitable for and including push on joint (gassket D jointing) with cement mortar lining in the pipes , complete all as specified & directed of 100 mm bore, complete all as specified and directed. Make : Jindal / Electro steel/Lanco/TATA or equivalent mentioned in Appx 'B'.NOTE:-Ductile iron fittings will be measured and paid for separately.

Item No 55 : Construction of brick masonary valve pit of size 900 mm x 900mm x 900 mm (Internal size) thickness of walls shall be 23cm in brick work in cm 1:6 internally plastered in cm (1:6) and externally plastered in cm (1:4) over 15cm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 having 15m offset around, including 4 cm thick coping in PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 on the top of the brick wall and 3mm thick mild steel sheet cover and angle iron frame of size 40 mm x 40mm x 6mm including provn of suitable hold fasts to hold the frame, locking arrangement and lifting handle, duly painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint, over a coat of red oxide primer, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

ITEM NO.62 : Submain wiring with 2 Nos single core FRLSH PVC insulated and unsheathed cable with stranded copper conductor of 2.5 Sq mm drawing in & including heavy grade PVC Concealed conduit ISI marked of suitable size with all accessories and one additional 1 run of FRLSH PVC insulated unsheathed 1100 V copper conductor wire of 2.5 Sq mm but green in colour for earth DBs and boxes with proper thimbles,complete all as specified and directed. (NOTE :-02 (Two) rurns of 2.5 Sqmm cable ,1 run of earth wire & one run of PVC conduit shall be measured as one Unit)

Item No 63 : LED 25W post top,IP65,energy saving,new generation, envirmental friendly,long life aesthetically designed with symmetrical light distribution,spun aluminium land scap luminaire with high power led as light source,clear acrylic cover light fitting including 25 watt LED bulb or strip and suitable dia of GI pipe for mounting the fitting, prewired with all accessories, complete all as specified and as directed. Make : HAVELLS-Cat Part No.RUBYPT25WLED757PSYMTOPC/PHILIPS/Cromption Greaves/ HPL or equivalent model in makes mentioned in Appendix 'B'.

Item No 64 : LED street light IP 66 powder coated pressure die cast aluminium compact high power LED street light fitting 45 watts with heat resistant toughned glass complete with all accessoreis watts,complete all as specified and as directed. Make: PolycabPUB05007 or equivalent in Phillips/ Crompton Greaves or equivalent model in makes mentioned in Appendix 'B'.

Item No 65 : Brackets for street light ,1.5 metre length(straight or bend in any angle),40 mm bore,light grade GI pipe with 2 Nos clamps,nuts,bolts etc(for fixing on poles),complete all as specified and directed.

Item No 66 : Time switches Electronic type , 415 volts three phase of 16/ 20 amp rating including 20 Amp contactor fitted inside steel encloser. (To be Fixed in LT Panels),complete all as specified and directed.

Item No 67 : Junction Box of size 300x250x150mm with locking arrangement, with and including 63 Amp aluminium bus bar (04 No) fixed on porecelain base insulator & 02 No MCB TPN 32 Amp,01 No MCB SP 10Amp. Junction box made out of 2 mm thick MS sheet, painted with 2 coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of redoxide primer with suitable size of cable glands & MS clamps nuts, bolts & washers etc, complete all as specified and as directed.

Item No 68 : 15 metre high galvanised steel tubular HIGH MAST light truly vertical in position, sutaible for 8 lantern asymmetrically , with luminaire mounting arm, pully assembly aviation obstruction light,lightning arrestor,spike including bolted with base RCC foundation as per height and system is suitable for 08 No to 9 No 160 W LED Light, complete all as specified and directed.Make:Bajaj/crompton Greevs /Philips. The erection of mast light fitting will be done in the following steps & Quantity :- (a) Erection Part :- (i) Erection of suitable shallow foundation with RCC 1:2:4 concrete for the high mast considering the safe soil bearing capacity at site as 10 Ton/Sqm at 2 meter depth-01 No (ii) Erection of the high mast with the help of suitable equipments and wiring of luminaries with supply of appropirate wiring materials-02 No (b) Supply Part :- (i) 15 M high mast system accessories:- Mast shaft shall be in two section, hot dip galvanized and suitable for wind velocity as per IS 875 part 3. It shall also include accessories for high mast including head frame, 2 point suspension system with steel wire rope 6 mm dia (7/19 construction) double drum winch, galvanized lantern carriage arrangement suitable for 09 luminaries asymmetrically & its control gear boxes and lightening arrestor spikes. The mast shall have an integral power tool installed inside the base compartment for its operation-01No (ii) Supply of bolts along with nuts, washers, anchor plates and templates for foundation manufactured from special steel -01Set (iii) Supply of single dome aviation obstruction lights of type BJAOL (1) with 1 No 25 W neon spiral lamp. (2) Fitting per mast is necessary if no taller structures are in near vicinity).-02Nos NOTE: (i) The rate includes provn of inbuilt electric motor tool including accessorics for lowering and raising of lantern (ii) The Luminaries are not included in the item shall be measured and paid seperatly.

Item No 69 : LED Flood Light 1x160 W powder coated PDC aluminium body with toughened glass visor fitted in frame equipped with secondary optical lens for superior light distribution efficacy > 100 Lm/W available CCT 6000K IP 66, complete all as specified and as directed. Make - Polycab cat Part No PAR 0201022 or equivalent in Phillips/ Crompton Greaves or equivalent model in makes mentioned in Appendix 'B'.

Item No 70 : Switching on & off the luminaries by automatic control using electro mechanical timer and contactor for automatic switch on & off of High Mast at present time over current and latch mechanism including 4 core PVC flexible cable 2.5 Sqmm multi stranded copper with 3 pin metal clad socket to plug the supply for luminaries shall be mounted on PVC rigid board of suitable size provided in the base compartment of mast to terminate the incoming power supply cable from junction box to incoming luminaries complete outdoor type weather proof with MCB 63 Amps 4 pole, 25 KA for incoming, complete all as specified and as directed.
