Technical Bid

RequiredBidder should have valid Class-3 and above Registered Electrical Contractor License issued from Public Work Department / Inspectorate of Electricity.

RequiredThe bidder should submit the GST/PAN Registration Certificate

RequiredTenderer in their name should submit annual turnover certificate any two year from last five years i.e. 2020-21 to 2024-25 of Rs.15 Lakhs in each year.The turn over certificate should be mandatorily certified from charted accountant and mention UDIN number is compulsory otherwise it will be subjected to rejection.

RequiredThe Tenderer should have at least executed and satisfactorily completed as prime contractor, at least one Similar Electrical work audio/led video wall/conference work/public addressal system in any Govt. Agency/ULBs/PSU for amount not less than Rs.7.5 Lakhs in Last Five Years 2020-21, 2021-22,2022-23,2023-24 and 2024-25 NOTE The work done certificate submitted should be signed not less than the rank of Executive Engineer/Equivalent grade officer and also mention the E-procurement indent number

Requiredbidder has to submit the list of existing commitments and on going works.

RequiredThe bidder should have valid OEM/manufacturing authorization Certificate for mic.

RequiredThe bidder should have ISO 9001 2015 Certificate

Eligibility Criteria

Tenders from Joint ventures are not acceptable.

Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka

Bidders shall ensure upload of relevant document certifying his/her status as Scheduled Caste/ Scheduled Tribe/other reserved category as prescribed in the tender document.

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.
