Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5 m wide and n.exc 1.5m depth and getting out in soft/loose soil for laying of CI/DI/GI pipes complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in soil including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25 cm in any type of soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing surplus soil to a distance n.exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking out damaged water mains CI/DI/Cement pipes of size 100 mm dia (including all fittings) with spigot and socket ends any type and lead joints including burning out joints and recovering lead all as specified and directed . Note : Excavation & earth work will be measured and paid for separately.

Material and labour for painting of valve chamber covers, display boards etc.,. boxes with one coats of synthetic enamel spray paints matching existing colour after scrapping the old paint by means of emery paper and cleaning with thinner including necessary markings/sign writing etc. all as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Clearing the bushes trunk girth not exceeding 1.0 mtrs around valve chambers and depositing at a distance nexceeding 50 mtrs from starting point.

Cutting the existing road/hard standing/chequered cement concrete tiling/PCC flooring etc., not exceeding 50 CM wide and 50CM depth, for laying CI/GI/DI pipe line complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for PCC 1:3:6 type C1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate for Making good or where required for the road/hard standing/chequered cement concrete tiling/PCC flooring etc., including necessary form work to exposed surfaces finished smooth and even complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for dewatering cleaning of OH reservoir/underground sumps of 20,000 gallons capacity UG Sump at 90 Civ pump house with high pressure water jet to remove all masses, algae and dirt and removal of dirty water along with sludge using sludge machine and disposal of the same to a safe distance and including scrubbing of internal surfaces using industrial vacuum machine and cleaning of walls and ceiling with special mechanized by rotary jet machines which dislodges the layers of dirt,funges struck on its surface and applying of anti bacterial sterilization spray to walls, floors and ceiling external surfaces of reservoirs and UG sumps where applicable including of vegetation growth up to from tanks and its vicinity a 10 mtr radius all as directed by Engr-in-charge. Note :- (a) The rate coated by the contractor is deemed to include writing letters/figures(Block,Roman,Italic or Indian)n. exc 20cm high.(Date of tank cleaned in formate of (DD/MM/YY) and Capacity of Tank in Gallon) with the help of stencils. (b) The rate quoted by contractor is for cleaning of tank once in six month one time cleaning only.

Material and labour painting of rising/distribution main, washout, over flow with arrow marked after preparation of good painted CI pipe 100 mm to 250 mm bore of any description and spary painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red cxide zinc chrome primer incl cleaning, stopping and rubbing down and removing all drops, dirts etc.Note:-All arrangements for painting of any of pipe lines shall be arranged by the contractor and rate quoted as deemed in over all quoted rates.

Material and labour for dewatering cleaning of static water tank of 10,000 gallons capacity at Near AFTC Armoury with high pressure water jet to remove all masse,algae, dirt and removal of dirty water along with sludge machine and disposal of the same to a safe distance and including scrubbing of internal surfaces using industrial vacuum machine and applying of anti bacterial sterilization spray to walls, floor and external surface of static water tank including painting with cement based paint internally and externally complete all as specified and as directed by Engr in charge.

Supply only high strength calcium based granular containing quantities of chlorination dipensates/ corrosion inhibitors to prevent encrustation/scaling in distribution system in 45 Kgs packing of approved and tested from approved lab (not more than 01 months packing) complete all as specified and directed.

Repair, maintenance, servicing to Chlorine dosing pump of any capacity by disconnecting both side inlet/outlet pipe line and electric connections including cleaning, greasing the internal parts, checking the serviceability of individual items, identification of the defective parts, replacing the Unserviceable spares, gaskets, gland etc. all as specified and directed. Note :- (1) Unserviceable parts replaced if any shall be measured & paid separately under respective items. (2) Quoted rate shall be included all minor parts which are required to make plant serviceable including following Spares(a to f). (a) PVC NRV set with valve (b) PVC adopter for suction and delivery without NRV (c) PVC strainer washer type heavy duty or Y type strainer for suction (d) Teflon gland square type 3 mm (e) Chemical Oil seal with cap (f) Servicing will done every month.
