Semi-circular Plain G.S. Sheet Gutter: Providing & fixing 15 cm wide 45 cm overall semi circular plain G.S. sheet gutter ,0.80 mm thick with zinc coating not less than 275 gm/m² with iron brackets 40x3mm size,bolts ,nuts & washers etc. including making necessary connections with rain water pipes complete.

MS Scaffolding system : Providing and fixing double scaffolding system (cup lock type) on the exterior side, up to seven story height made with 40 mm dia M.S. tube 1.5 m centre to centre, horizontal & vertical tubes joining with cup & lock system with M.S. tubes , M.S. tube challies , M.S. clamps and M.S. staircase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for the required duration as approved and removing it thereafter .The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings , runners , connection with the building etc wherever required for inspection of work at required locations with essential safety features for the workmen etc. complete as per directions and approval of Engineer in- charge .The elevational area of the scaffolding shall be measured for payment purpose .The payment will be made once irrespective of duration of scaffolding.

110 mm Coupler: Providing & fixing on wall face unplasticised - PVC moulded filings / accessories for unplasticised Rigid PVC rain water pipes conforming to IS:13592 Type A including joining with seal ring conforming to IS: 5382 leaving 10 mm gap for thermal expansion.

87.5° Bend of 110 mm: Providing & fixing on wall face unplasticised - PVC moulded filings / accessories for unplasticised Rigid PVC rain water pipes conforming to IS:13592 Type A including joining with seal ring conforming to IS: 5382 leaving 10 mm gap for thermal expansion.

Single tee with door of 110x 110 x 110 mm: Providing & fixing on wall face unplasticised - PVC moulded fittings / accessories for unplasticised Rigid PVC rain water pipes conforming to IS:13592 Type A including joining with seal ring conforming to IS: 5382 leaving 10 mm gap for thermal expansion.

Pipe clips for 110 mm dia. Pipe: Providing & fixing unplasticised -PVC pipe clips of approved design to unplasticised - PVC rain water pipes by means of 50x50x50mm hard wood plugs , screwed with M.S. screws of required length including cutting brick work & fixing in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) and making good the wall etc. complete.

PCC for laying drainage pipe: Providing and laying in position ready mixed plain cement concrete, with cement content as per approved design mix and manufactured in fully automatic batching plant and transported to site of work in transit mixer for all leads , having continuous agitated mixer, manufactured as per mix design of specified grade for plain cement concrete work, including pumping of R.M.C. from transit mixer to site of laying & curing, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering finishing including cost of curing, admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS:9109 to accelerate/ retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability as per direction of engineer in charge, ALL WORKS UPTO PLINTH LEVEL. Less cement used as per design mix (if any) wi l l be recoverable separatel y. No extra payment against extra cement if used shall be payable.

C&S for RCC in foundations,footings,bases of column: Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work for RCC.
