Chipping, removing carefully loose/damaged concrete incl plastering (total thickness upto 60mm ) from surfaces of RCC members, in any location by low impact Hammer/Breakar without damaging the structure & cleaning the surfaces with wire brush etc including binding of necessary scaffolding for 20mtr high Over Head tank and disposal of debris out side MOD land complete all as specified and directed. Note : 1) Hard concrete shall not be removed by force 2)

M&L for drilling and fixing Teflon nozzles in RCC members, including, Drilling Holes:Drilling 12mm dia, 50 to 100mm deep holes in structural members at the intervals of 300 to 500mm in staggered manner or as directed by the GE in RCC structural element. Cleaning of Holes: Clean the holes by air blower prior to fixing nozzles. Fixing of nozzles: Insert 12mm dia. Teflon nozzles in cleaned holes. External end of nozzles shall be machined to receive outlet of grouting gun.Fix it inside the holes by applying thixotropic epoxy putty to ensure complete sealing. Cure the system for min.12 hrs. Cutting of nozzles: Cut the nozzles by chisel after completion of grouting without damaging structural elements. Injecting of site mixed cement slurry grout, mixed in proportion as directed by GE containing cement, sand, water with addition of plasticizers. At certain locations where excessive corrosion is observed on reinforcement, corrosion inhibitor shall also be mixed with cement slurry grout as per manufacturer's instructions and as directed by GE. Water cement ratio shall be varied between 0.5 to 1.0 for each hole, shrinkage compensating cement slurry mixed to a lump free fresh creamy consistency ,Mixing shall be done by mechanical mixer continuously stirring mechanically to keep cement particles in suspension. Injection of approved/specified grout by means of pump at a pressure of 3 – 5 Kg/cm2 etc complete till the grout mix flows out from the nozzle indicating complete filling of grout in the holes drilled. Make of plasticizers : M/s. Krishna Conchem (Supercon-100) / BASF (Rhebuild 1125 UT)/Fosroc (Conplast SP-430). (Note : Payment for Corrosion inhibitor shall be made for separately as supply only).

Supply only Corrosion inhibitor (Make : M/s. Krishna Conchem (EPCO KP-200) / BASF (Master life CNI formerly Rheocrete CNI ) complete all as specified and directed

M&L for Injecting low viscosity (3-5cps) High Molecular Weight Polymer Grout (Make : M/s. Krishna Conchem (MONOPOL) / BASF (Floecable 50) by pressure and using mechanized injector gun with accessories till nozzles refuses to accept the grout, Grouting : Fill the grouting gun with heigh molecular weight Polymer Grout. Maintain desired pressure in the gun by air compressor; maintain the pressure at exit(3 to 4kg/cm2) by monitoring pressure gauge at exit. Grout the material through prefixed nozzles in the structural elements@ 100ml per nozzle. Repeat the process for all the nozzles complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cleaning existing reinforcement with wire/ rotary wire brush to a shining bright finish, making the surfaces free from loose material, dirt etc complete and applying two coats of alkaline rust converting primer conforming to ASTM-B-117 of make. "Feovert" of "Krishna Conchem" OR "Roff Rust Cleaner' of 'Pidilite' OR 'Shali Rustoff' of 'STP Ltd', on rebars with time interval of 1 hr between the coats, complete all as specified and directed. (Note :- Mode of measurement: superficial area of concrete will be measured.)

M&L for providing mild steel TMT bars in various structural RCC elements like column, beams and Slab etc. including cutting, bending, fixing the bars, welding, tying with binding wires etc. complete anchoring reinforcement bar in exiting RCC member in holes of minimum 10 d depth for to 16 mm dia bars all as specified and directed.

M&L for carry out application of ‘Bi-polar migratory corrosion inhibitor' (Make : M/s. Krishna Conchem (EPCO KP-100) / BASF (Protectsil CIT)) on RCC surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Anticorrosive Treatment to Reinforcement using Corroseal - ZR of M/s Krishna Conchem or Epoxy Zinc Primer of M/s. Dr. Fixit by application on exposed reinforcement in two coats with time interval of minimum 4 hours between each coat. The application shall be done by brush after cleaning/wire brushing to the exposed steel surfaces complete all as specified and directed . Note :- Mode of measurement: superficial area of concrete will be measured.

M&L for Epoxy bond coat of Make Fosroc (NITOBOND-EP) OR EPOXY BONDING AGENT of Dr. Fixit OR equivalent of M/s. Krishna Conchem as approved by GE over exposed concrete surfaces prior to application of any type of mortar to ensure bond between old concrete & new concrete by brush application complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing Polymer Bonding Agent of Make M/s. Krishna Conchem (MONOBOND) OR Fosroc (NITOBOND-SBR) OR equivalent brand of Dr. Fixit,as approved by the GE followed by flexible polymer based putty ( 1cement: 1.2 finesand :20% polymer by weight of cement : water as required ) on cracks after cutting the cracks to a 'V' shaped groove upto 10 mm wide and 10 mm deep in structural RCC members , finished with spatula etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for casting & repairing of excessively damaged distressedRCC members (exceeding 40mm in thikness) with prebatched, prepacked, single component ready to use microconcrete from M/s. Krishna Conchem (Molith MC) or equivalent of Dr. Fixit as approved by GE at any level and at any lead or lift as directed including prefabricated water tight formwork, centering, scaffolding, also including mixing , laying, levelling, finishing, curing etc as per manufacturer's specifications complete all as specified and directed.(Note : Reinforcement only shall be measured and paid separately).

M&L for building up the profile of structural members using polymer modified mortar from M/s. Krishna Conchem (Molith PMM) OR Polymer mortar HB of Dr Fixit, while the bonding agent is still tacking upto 20mm thickness including levelling, profiling etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for building up the profile of structural members using polymer modified from M/s Krishna Conchem (Molith PMM) OR Polymer mortar HB of Dr. Fixit, exceeding 20mm thick and not exceeding 40mm thick in two layers each of equal thickness including levelling, profilling etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L preparation and cleaning of inside surfaces of wall, bottom of Dome of Oer Head Reservoir Tank by brush and treating surfaces with the methodology as under :-(a) Seal sanitary pipes entering through the walls and floor with Dr. Fixing Bathseal Tape (or equivalent as approved by GE) and grout the gaps with Dr.Fixit Bathseal grout - a non shrink cementitious grout (or equivalent as approved by the GE).(b) Apply the first coat of Dr. Fixit Fastflex (or equivalent as approved by GE) maintaining the saturated surfaces in dry condition.(c) Embed a glass fibre mesh measuring 50 gsm over and including the angle fillets as a reinforcing strip and allow it to soak completely.(d) Immediately apply the second coat of Dr. Fixit Fastflex (or equivalent as approved by GE) to sandwich this glass fibre mesh between these two coatings.(e) Apply the third coat of Dr. Fixit Fastflex (or equivalent as approved by GE) and sprinkle coarse sand while it is still wet.(f) Subsequent to above, apply first brush coat of Dr. Fixit Dampguard (or equivalent as approved by GE). Allow drying for 6 to 7 hours then apply second brush coat of Dr. Fixit Dampguard (or equivalent as approved by GE). Allow it to sure completely set in position for 24 hours before using.

M&L preparation of old steel surfaces not exceeding 60cm in girth including holderbats, distance pieces etc and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only liquid proofing compound.

M&L preparation of new plastered surfaces of wall, soffits, beam, column etc and applying two coats of 100% anti fungal acrylic exterior emulsion paint over one coat of primer all as per manufacturer's instructions including necessary scaffoldings etc, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and directed.

Framed work such as grills, gratings, etc.. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to e.290.Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F rolled mild steel work in plates iron doors plate (plain or chequered) channels, square cut or notched (ordinary and countersunk) forming holes, without any attachment, Fe 410-W (Gde-E-250) quality-B, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer to new steel surface including preparation complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floor / paving not exceeding 15Cm thick below or above GL unreinforced complete all as specified .

M&L PCC 1 : 2 : 4 type B2 (using 40mm graded aggregate) 100mm thick finishingcement concrete surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 Mtr wide and n. exceeding 1.5 mtr depth in soft / loose soil and getting out for removing / laying of pipe lines complete all as specified.

Returning and filling incl spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick all as complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Removing of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified.

Taking up cast iron water mains (including all fittings), with spigot and socket ends and lead joints including burning out joints and recovering lead for the pipe dia 100 mm complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for Laying Cast iron pipes with spigot and socket ends centrifugally cast. ClassLA,in any length,laid in trenches for the Dia 100 mm bore complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for construction of valve chambers of size 900x900x900 mm suitable up to 100 mm Dia pipe (internal dimension built in brick masonary on 15cm thick PCC foundation(1:4:8) type D-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate over 100 mm thick hard cor with brick work masionary in cement mortar 1:4 using 'B' class bricks and rendering in cement mortar 1:4, 10 mm thick internally included exposed surface of external surfaces, MS cover made out of 3 mm thick MS sheet on iron angle framework made out of MS flat iron 25 x 6 mmx 300 mm long and 40 mm thick PCC coping 40 mm thick 1:2:4 type B-0 using 12.5 mm garded stone aggregate with handle hinges with locking arrangement & applying two coats of synthetic enamle paint over a coat of red oxide primer to all exposed steel surfaces complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fix in replacement Cast iron sluice valve 100 mm dia, flanged ends, stem (spindle) of SS (forged) and check nut of gun Metal, PN rating 1.6, working parts conforming to IS :14846, and flanged ends having drilling as per IS:1538 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply Install Testing and comissioning microcontroller based Digital Type water four level Indicator as 0%,25%,50%,75%and 100% respective different colur LED lamp on Indicator box with on the Over Head RCC water Tank.The water storage Tank height level approximate 5 Mtr On the Top of RCC Structure Height About 15-20 Mtrs from the Ground. Also the quoted rate shall include provision of 6 core PVC insulated FRLS Connecting cable from the water level sensors fixed in the water storage to the Digital indicator box Provided on the Ground Level complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply And Fix Lightning arrestor (Confirmed to IS 2309 (1989) Air termination, single pointed, copper rod 12mm dia and 300mm long with proper base support by PCC along with nails/Nut Bolts fixed on surface complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and Fix Down Conductor of Copper strip having size 32 x 6 mm fixed on Over Head Tank outer surface wall with proper Insulation Saddles fixed between Down conductor and OHT Outer Surface valve that connects to above air termination rod to burried earth electrode Conductor plate complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fix Test point terminal block made of gun metal or phosphorus bronze size 75x75x25mm drilled and screwed including 3 nos. 8mm dia 25mm long hex. head screw complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for earthing complete with Copper earth plate electrode 600x600x3.15 mm thick burried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below ground lavel) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5mtr below normal ground lavel connected to Copper earth strip 25x4 mm by mean of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washer of brash all as shown in electrical plate No 5 connected to earthing test point all as specified or indicated including PCC pit and CI cover fullel with watering pipe, wire mess and copper lugs etc GI protection pipe 40 mm dia medium grade including testing on completion all as specified and directed.

Deduct Credit for Demolished/ Dismantled material Rs. (-) 27020.00 (Minus) as listed in Schedule of Credit Note1: Tenderers will not quote against this item being a tentative amount to be considered to arrive at the 'Contract Sum'
