Surface excavation n.exc (not exceeding) 30 cm deep and averaging 15cm deep and getting out as in soft/disintegrated rock complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material (soft/disintegrated rocks) n exc. 50m and deposited where directed at a level n exc. 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for Cement concrete (1:4:8), type D-2, 75 mm thick, using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base of flooring complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for 20mm screed bed or bedding layer of cement mortar 1:6 for laying floor finishes complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Chequered cement concrete coloured tiles 20cmX20cmX25mm thick, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors with grey cement and pigments complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Non skid coloured ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/rectangular) Joint free, area of each tile exc 0.18 sqm but n exc 0.38 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match including roughening surfaces of old concrete floor by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust, etc.complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Hardcore of guage n exc 63mm deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface of broken stone or boulders complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F for Plastic dividing strips to prevent cracks 38mm wide and 1.5mm thick inserted in position and conform to design complete all as specified directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B1 (20mm graded aggregate) 50mm thick finished fair & even in floors/hard standing finishing the cement concrete surface even and smooth as broom/chequered finish without using extra cement including necessary formwork complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for precast cement concrete block masonary of 1:3:6 type C1 with solid blocks exc 10cm in width and setting in mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 5mm thick in CM 1:4 with WPC over a coat of 10mm thick in CM 1:6 on fair faces of brick or concrete surface of wall finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only Liquid water proofing compound

M & L for applying two coats of Advanced Antifungal weather/ Damp proof 100% acrylic smooth emulsion with silicon additive, over a coat of fiber reinforced elastomeric liquid water proofing membrane (Anti fungal paint) on floor /wall/ ceiling surfaces and corners including preparation of surface by brooming down or steel wire brushing scrapping down with steel scrapper smoke soot mould moss and effloroscent salts brading oil and greasing spots etc and making proper surface wherever required complete all as manufacturer instructions and as directed. (Make :- Asians Paints Smart Care Damp proof + Apex Ultima or equivalent approved)

Note: (i)The application of paint to be done by the authorized applicator of Asian paints or eqivalent aproved and Contractor shall produce guarantee for 05 (Five) years of any type of colour fading, flaking, peeling, growth of fungus, seepage of water through the paint applied area or any other damged to the paint. (ii) The Manufacturer / authorised dealer shall appoint a techically qualified representative to inspect and validate the application of the system in sag wise manner.

M&L for factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete.
