REPAIR TO PLASTERING INTERNAL AND EXTERNAL PERIODICAL SERVICES INCLUDING CAMOUFLAGE PAINTING TO CERTAIN BUILDINGS IN INHS PATANJALI, NCHC, MES AREA AND OTM AT SITE E OF NAVAL BASE AREA, KARWAR

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment and applying two coats of camouflage pattern exterior emulsion weatherproof paint of premium quality over by using mechanical spray (Maximum working pressure of 3300 PSI) and including one coat of ready-mix primer as per manufacturer’s instructions after preparation of surfaces, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered/concrete surfaces and applying two coats of camouflage pattern exterior emulsion weatherproof paint of premium quality over a coat of ready-mix primer as per manufacturer’s instructions over a coat of wall care putty (minimum 2 mm thick) complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick/stone walls or ceilings including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc., complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for rendering 10 mm thick in CM 1:6 on concrete block masonry surfaces (internal wall surfaces), finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in CM 1:4 on concrete block masonry surfaces (external wall surfaces), finished even and smooth without using extra cement , complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed

M&L for preparation of new plastered wall surfaces of any description including cornices and applying two coats of weatherproof exterior emulsion paint by using mechanical spray (Maximum working pressure of 3300 PSI) over a coat of exterior primer, complete all as specified and directed. Note: Exterior emulsion shall be applied through applicator of approved make all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for preparation of new plastered wall surfaces by washing and applying two coats of acrylic washable distemper by using mechanical spray (Maximum working pressure of 3300 PSI) over a coat of alkali-resistant priming paint, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old plastered / decorated wall surfaces by brooming down or steel wire brushing, scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spots and applying one coat of weather proof exterior emulsion paint by using mechanical spray (Maximum working pressure of 3300 PSI) complete all as specified and directed. Note: Exterior emulsion shall be applied through applicator of approved make all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for preparation of old painted plastered surface of walls/ceiling/chajja of any description including brooming down or steel wire brushing, scraping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spots and applying one coat of weather proof exterior emulsion paint by using mechanical spray (Maximum working pressure of 3300 PSI) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: Exterior emulsion shall be applied through applicator of approved make all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.
