33.27.1.1 Drilling of borewell any where in Pondicherry including tranportation in alluvial soil, sedimentary strata of clay,sand stone, shale, pebbles, boulders etc. by first taking a pilot bore of 140mm / 150mm / 200mm and then enlarging to required dia by direct or reverse rotary mud circulation method,including fuel, labour for drilling, bentonite mud, water required for drilling at the site, contruction of mud pit (water available within a lead of 1.5Km) using rotary rig. -Upto 60 mts depth ending below ground level.

33.27.16 Providing and fixing of UPVC End Cap embedded in M.S. Cone suitable for UPVC casing pipe including the cost of materials and labour for jointing.

33.27.7 Supplying of UPVC plain casing pipe for borewells (Finolex /Jain / Supreme / Truebore / Nandi) conforming to I.S. 12818-1992 with relevent amendments with class designation 'CM' and with minimum wall thickness 10mm including transportation and stocking at site -200mm dia

33.27.8 Supplying of UPVC ribbed screen slotted pipe for borewells (Finolex /Jain /Supreme/Truebore/Nandi) conforming to IS 12818 -1992 with relevent amendments with class designation 'RS' and with minimum wall thickness 10mm including transportation and stocking at site - 200mm dia

33.27.10 Lowering of UPVC plain casing pipe/ribbed screen slotted pipes into the borewell including cost of cleaning material,fixing of M.S centering guide size of 25mm x 3mm thick suitable for 200mm dia UPVC pipe,including cost of labour for positioning of assembly for lowering purpose using rig.

33.27.13 Providing and fixing M.S. top cover suitable for UPVC pipes including the cost of materials and labour etc.

33.27.11 Supplying transportation and packing of 8mm size down gauge graded pebbles including filling the annular space gradually complete.The pebbles disintegrated pieces. should be free from any disintegrated pieces.

33.27.5 Charges for developing the borewells with air compressor of 600 CFM capacity (minimum 8 hours) including transportation labour and fuel charges for compressor and conducting yield test by "V" Notch methods.

33.27.12 Supplying,transporting and packing of clay balls including filling the annular space gradually complete.The clay balls should be free from any sand particles.

18.9.37 Providing and fixing ASTM pipes including all ASTM plain & brass threaded fittings this included jointing of pipes & fittings with one step ASTM solvent cement, trenching refilling & testing of joints Complete (External work) -75mm nominal outer dia pipes

31.48.7C Providing and fixing C.I. non return valve (PN 1.6) conforming to IS 5312 and ISImarked, with bolts, nuts, rubber insertion etc.,complete (the tail pieces if required will be paid separately) - 80 mm dia

31.250.1H Supplying of electrically operated wet type submersible motor and pumpset (Texmo/KSB/Taro/Kirloskar make), AC 3 phase, 415 volts, 50 Hz, 2900-3000 RPM. The pump shall have brass impeller, high grade steel shaft with sufficient stages having outlet size of 2"/2.5"/3" dia. to suit the borewell (150 / 200mm dia.), complete. The rate includes, all taxes, freight, etc., FOR at site in Puducherry. The pumpset shall be guaranteed for a period of one year from the date of commissioning.(15 HP Submersible motor and pumpset).

31.255.1D Supplying and fixing of 10KVAR power capacitor (CG/L&T/ Siemens make) for 17.5/20 HP motor complete.

31.256.1C Supplying and fixing of fully automatic air break star-delta starter range for 13A to 25A F.A.S.D. (Bharat Culter Hammer/L&T/Siemens make) with suitable M.S. angle frame etc., complete.- 20HP to 25HP pumpsets -(ML-1.5)

31.258.1B Supplying and fixing of 1x3x6 sqmm (single run) PVC insulated copper submersible flat flexible cable of Finolex make complete.-12.5HP to 20HP pumpset

31.259.1A Supplying of 3.5/ 4x25 sqmm underground cable (Paragon/suncab/Empire) complete.-upto 25HP pumpset.

31.263.1 Making earth pit of G.I. pipe for earthing in earth pit with 40mm dia. G.I. pipe medium class of length 3.05m perforated with 46 Nos of 12mm dia. holes, pipe lowered in bore holes of 150mm dia. and filled in with charcoal and salt in alternative layer of 300mm, the top of G.I. pipe shall be clamped. Earth pit shall be provided with 60cm dia precast ring with 60cm depth alround, covered with R.C.C. precast slab etc. as per I.E. standards.

31.267.1A Supplying and fixing of copper flat (25 x 3mm) for earthing rrangements including bolts and nuts etc.

31.270.1 Supplying and laying of 16mm dia nylon rope for holding of motors.

31.271.1 Supplying and laying of 40mm dia. PVC pipe (Class 3 - PN 0.6 Mpa) conforming to IS 4985 : 2000 for inserting submersible cable from borewell to starter.

31.272.1 Supply and fixing of 80/100mm dia. M.S. erection clamps of size 80mmx12mm with bolts, nuts, washer etc., complete.

31.279.1A Erection, testing and commissioning of motor and pumpset complete.The rate includes obtaining electricity service connection from Electricity Department also.

31.279.1B Testing including transporation of standby submersible motor and pumpset.

11.12 Laying and fixing of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheahed/XLPE aluminium conductor power cable of 1.1KV grade, of size exceeding 25sq.mm but not exceeding 120sqmm on surface as required:-
