Comprehensive day to day maint pertains to Geyser/ceiling fans/exhaust fans/ wall fans/ table fans and connects electric circuit, tightening of loose wirring/ conduits/ fan capacitors and connection carrying out minor repairs incl blade alignments, screwing/ tightening the nuts/ bolts/ washers etc incl taking down & refixing properly in the same position after repairs, complete all as specified and directed.

Comprehensive day to day maint of the defects pertaining to internal electrification of any type and nature such as taking down defective switch/ socket/ ceiling rose/ holders/ fittings/ fixtures/ building security lights/ Gate light/ Garden light etc. any type, rectification of faulty electric circuits, tightening of loose connections, replacement of old u/s wiring/ conduits/ casing caping & connections etc. complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair LED inverter type bulb of 9 watt, Of base B-22 CDL, suitable for fixing in lamp holder including taking down old unsv complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fix in repair sheet metal enclousure with a 3 pin (2 pin and earth) plug & socket complete with one MCB SP 20 Amps of breaking capacity 10KA, 'C' series, 240 volts including taking down old unsv complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing repairs and testing of Energy efficient 5 Star BEE rating, electric geyser of 25 liters capacity with Fiber/ ceramic body with puff insulation inner tank ceramic with all in built safety accessories like thermo start/ automatic thermal cut out with ON/OFF/Cut out indications all pre wired and additional safety accessories like pressure release valve, non return valve in same or other position as ordered with the help of suitable suitable size of nuts & bolts making necessary electrical connection incl taking down and safe deposit of old unserviceable Geyser to E/M Store complete all as specified and directed.
