Dismantling of wrought or mild steel work of any description such as in ladder work, bracing/supporting agle iron, roof top MS sheets, railings etc.

Supply and fixed hot rolled medium and high tensile structural steel of grade E 250 quality B conforming to IS 2062: 2011 as in framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering, doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixed mild steel framed work such as grills , gratings, etc., with ends of bars shouldered and/ or riveted, or forged in to spikes; framed guard bars ; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters ; walk ways ; railings; frame work of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe-290-Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of newly or previously untreated steel surface of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of brick work or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

Material and labour for fly ash brick work with old size bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster on stone/brick/concrete surfaces including racking out joint, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for plastering 20 mm thick (two layer 10+ 10 mm) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces (on vertical surfaces) in cement mortar 1:4 with integral water proofing compound with the external surface as per manufacturer insctruction finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed. Note: - Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid for separately.

Material and labour for preparing new plaster surfaces walls including chajjas, facias etc. and applying two coat of weather proof acrylic exterior paint (100% Acrylic) over a coat of primer including scaffolding, trestles, ladders, cradles and necessary safety measures complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down of old GI barbed wire of any description complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixed galvanized steel barbed wire with two strands of line wire of dia 2.24 mm and barbed with point wire of dia 2 mm at 75 mm spacing straining and fixing to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts including securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised iron binding wire, GI staples or steel pins, etc. complete all as specified and as directed (two strand of line wire will be measured as one unit).

Material and labour for cleaning of the PVC water storage tank of capacity 500 litres to 1000 litres by taking down the inlet and outlet pipes, rubbing down and removing all scale and dirt, mud, any other foreign material from tank and writing letter on PVC tank as TANK CLEANED ON _________ date, month, year and refixing the inlet and outlet complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for cleaning the RCC water tank of 25000 litres capacity by dewatering compltely and applying two coat of weather proof paint on internal surface, suitable for drinking water as approved by GE, removing all scale and dirt, etc. from water tanks and disposing up to 50 metre distance etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete(unreinforced) in ground floors and paving not exceeding 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level)

Material and labour for mild steel TMT bars 10 mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips and including welding has to be done with minimum 20 cm over lap for new and old of any height. Complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for precast reinforced cement concrete 1:1.5:3 type A-1 (20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in precast manhole cover / gully trap cover slab set in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified. Note : (i) The rate quoted shall be inclusive of cost of form work. (ii) Reinforcement shall be measured and paid separately under relevent item.

Material and labour for plain cement concrete 1:3:6 Type- C-2 (Nominal Mix) using 40 mm nominal size graded crushed stone aggregate, 100 mm thick in sub base for laying tiles, pavings etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling floor, tiling including cement mortar bedding , removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for chequered cement concrete tiles, cast in rubber mould, glossy finish of approved colour, general purpose, double layer, size 30 cm X 30 cm X 22 -25 mm thick, with mixture of white and grey cement in equal proportions and pigments, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floor including laying over 20 mm thick bedding of cement mortar(1:4) all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of old MS seccon concertina coil of any description from RCC / MS fencing post complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix punched tape concertina coil made out of cold drawn unalloyed steel wires of dia 2.6 mm having minimum tensile strength of 1670 N per sqmm as per IS 4454 (Part- 1): 2001 with hot dip galvanized as per practice recommended in IS: 2629 and the coatings shall conform to heavily coated hard variety as per table I of IS: 4826 (weight of Zinc coating 230 gram per sqm minimum) and steel strip of size 19 mm X 0.5 mm with hardness of 137 to 187 VPN and zinc coating of 18 to 20 microns, minimum 610 mm dia of coil when closed, (9 Kg ± 5 %) weight of coil with 50 turns & 129 Nos clips (without handles and spikes) and minimum 580 mm dia when opened upto 6 metres, stretched to 6 metres for 50 turns during installations complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixed in repair PVC-U, type A as per IS 13592: 2013 double socketed rain water pipes in any length with rubber ring joints, 110 mm dia, fixed to walls complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixed in repair UPVC branch piece, Wye (45⁰) single, 110 mm dia without inspection door conforming to IS 14735: 1999 complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixed in repair UPVC branch piece, Wye (45⁰) double, 110 mm dia without inspection door conforming to IS 14735: 1999 complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound conforming to IS - 2645.

Dismantling of defective interlocking paver block and keep aside paver block for reuse complete all as specified and as directed.

Providing and laying 60 mm thick factory made cement concrete interlocking paver block of M35 grade conforming to IS 15658-2006 made by block making machine with strong vibratory compaction, of approved size, design & shape, cast in rubber mould, glossy finish of approved colour, laid in required colour and pattern over and including 30 mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, filling the joints with fine sand etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for sand filling under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2, as in foundation, filling and mass concrete (using 40 mm nominal size graded crushed stone aggregate) complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour including tools and plant required for cleaning of manholes using the cleaning devices as per rule 5 and protective gear and safety devices as per rule 4 of the Prohibition of Employment as Manual scavengers and their Rehabilitation Rules, 2013 and removing blockage if any and removing night soil/ silted sludge/ waste material outside MD land unprohibited by any authority and following the statutory law/ guidelines complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavating in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. or for cable laying or water supply pipes lines etc or not exceeding 10 sqm on plan and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth and getting out in soft/ loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for concrete bed to drain pipes of internal diameter 150 mm, in cement concrete 1:3:6 Type-C-2 (Nominal Mix) using 40 mm nominal size graded crushed stone aggregate including packing under and haunching against the sides of pipes complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour in repauir for 50 mm internal dia salt glazed stoneware pipes, class SP1 as per IS 651: 2007 laid in trenches and jointed with cement slurry and yarn complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness laid, bedded and pointed in any mortar in floors, aprons etc. omplete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for 20 mm thick granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window cills, cooking platforms and like over 20 mm thick cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite complete all as specified and as directed.

Cutting into existing manholes for connecting new drains of pipe of nominal size 100 mm, making good to pipe and rendering, cutting out existing benching for and forming branch channel (1/2 round or 3/4 section) in cement concrete M15(Nominal mix) using 20 mm nominal size graded crushed stone aggregate, smooth finished, and reforming benching as required complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour including tools and plant required for cleaning of blockage of wash basin, floor trap, nahani trap, gully trap (GT), kitchen, bath etc. (carrying sullage) in any length upto the first manhole by any means (using chemical or any mechanical device) & flushing with water complete UPTO 4 TH FLOOR all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour including tools and plant required for cleaning of blockage of wash basin, floor trap, nahani trap, gully trap (GT), kitchen, bath etc. (carrying sullage) in any length by any means (using chemical or any mechanical device) & flushing with water complete FROM 5TH TO 8 TH FLOOR all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour including tools and plant required for cleaning of blockage of wash basin, floor trap, nahani trap, gully trap (GT), kitchen, bath etc. (carrying sullage) in any length, by any means (using chemical or any mechanical device) & flushing with water complete FROM 9TH TO 12 TH FLOOR all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour including tool and plant for cleaning of the drain pipes upto 150 mm dia by roading from manhole and well flushing with water after cleaning and removing all sludge, dirt and solid contents to a distance n exe 100m and burried in ground (min 30 cm below ground level) including necessary excavation returning filling and spreading of bleaching powder complete all as specified and as directed.

Disconnecting existing water tanks capacity exceeding 500 litres but not exceeding 1000 Litres, setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning, etc. and hoisting if required, reconnecting and re-fixing in position. (cleaning repairing, etc. measured separately)

Supply and fixed rotational moulded polyethylene double layer water tanks (vertical cylindrical with close top) as per IS 12701: 1996 of 500 litres capacity hoisted and fixed in position including provision of 20 mm /15 mm dia medium grade GI pipe for connecting inlet, outlet, over flow and washout pipes all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixed in repairs 600 mm x 450 mm x 75mm thick precast RCPC perforated drain cover slab of 2 MT load bearing capacity with embossing RCPC 2MT complete all as specified and as directed including taking down old unserviceable cover.

Supply and fixed in repairs 2 mm thick glass fibre reinforced translucent plastics sheeting of any profile, diffusion classification I with two corrugations side lap fixed with coach screw and washer in roof, wall etc. complete all as specified and as directed.
