Supplying, laying, jointing and testing of RCC hume Pipes having bore dia 300 mm NP2 class laid and jointed complete with collars in trenches at any depth complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm thick in soil complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Removal of excavated surplus material (soil)to a distance exc.250m but not exc 500 m and depositing as directed at a level not exceeding 1.50m above the starting point all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F Mild steel TMT bars 8 mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for cloumns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia as in stirrups, spacers and binders complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for extra for Forming fair finished drain or channels of manholes,inner girth not exceeding 30 cm in cement concrete using extra cement, including forms, mould, mitred/stopped ends etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Cutting into existing manholes for connecting new drain of dia 300 mm (Internal dia) making good to pipe and rendering, cutting out existing benching for and forming branch channel (1/2 round or 3/4 section) in cementt concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 smooth finished, and reforming benching as required all as specifiedand directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for construction of septic tank designed to carry sewage and sullage water , etc in ordinary soil, foundation in PCC 1:2:4, type B1, PCC solid block (1:3:6) type 'C1' wall in CM 1:4, RCC (1:2:4) slab covers including RCC precast manhole cover etc.for 25 users all as shown in Drg No. CWE/AF/TD/143/12 Sheet 1/2 & 2/2) and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

M& L for 100 mm thick Plain Cement concrete (1:4:8) Type D2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base flooring complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of Plain Cement Concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for and removing the unserviceable debris off the premises complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of Brickwork or stone/ boulder masonry, built in lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles built in cement mortor and removing the unserviceable debris off the premises cement complete all as specified.

M&L for Sub Main wiring with two runs of FRLS 4sq mm 1100 V grade (nominal area) single core PVC insulated unsheathed cable multi-stranded copper conductor drawn through and including medium grade, rigid non-metallic PVC conduit / casing & caping (as per site requirement) of suitable size with all necessary fittings, surface in walls/roof/floor duly earthed with one run of FRLS single core cable of same size but green in colour as continuous earthing wire and connecting to common earth dolly after taking out the existing sub-main wiring etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Note:-(i) Necessary PVC dummy plates & rigid PVC junction boxes for maint./inspection purpose as required on site/directed by Engr-in-charge shall deemed to be included in the quoted rate.

(ii) Same size wire shall be used for phase, neutral & earth conductor

(iii) The wiring shall be done strictly by following proper colour coding using red, yellow and blue only for phase, black for neutral and green for earth leads.

Note:- (i) Cost of GI earth strip and GI protection pipe upto 7.5mtr length shall be deemed to be included in the rate quoted for this item.

S&F of Air Termination , Single pointed , Copper rod 12 mm dia and 300 mm long all as specified and as directed

S & F of copper strip 25x3 mm with saddles and fixing screws etc for roof conductors and down conductors above ground and the other end connected to test point complete

S& F of Test Point Terminal Block made of gun metal or Phosphorus bronze size 75 mm x 75 mm x25 mm drilled and screwed and including 3 Nos 8 mm dia 25 mm long hex. head screw complete all as specied and directed

S& F DMC/FRP insulators of suitable size to seprate the earth strips from the walls , duly screwed on the walls and making holes in the earth strip by drilling and fixing the earth strip rigidly with the insulators with GI bolts , nuts washers etc complete all as specified and directed
