Bidder must submit a notarized Document which is not later than 3 months old prior to the Tender Date, that the Company/or any subsidiary of the Company/ Partners/ Stake holding Members of the Bidding Company have not been barred from participation of Tenders/Dealings/Business with any Government OR Private Organizations any time

The Bidder and /Or the OEM represented by the Dealer must have valid and latest ISO Certification

Wherever Compliance/ Confirmation / Acceptance is demanded/required to substantiate, Bidder should furnish the same signed by Company Authorized representative or prescribed Authority, if such certifications are from out of the Company Agencies/Departments/Government.

Brochures, Catalogues, Specifications, Drawing sheets specifying the make (brand) of the items to be supplied to be provided in the Schedule of Requirements and Price Schedule along with the Bid documents

Only authorized dealer / agency of original equipment manufacturer (OEM) or OEM having minimum 5 years of experience in operation should Bid this Tender. Proof of Purchase Orders / Installation certificates should be attached

The Bidder/Supplier must have a reasonable customer base for supply of the above Equipment. The bidder must submit copies of Purchase Orders and related invoices/DCs/Completion Certificates to support the claim

The supplier must either be a principal company (Original Equipment Manufacturer) or an Authorized Dealer quoting on behalf of the OEM. They must have manufacturing / after sales service centres operative in Karnataka for at least 3 years and the same to be supported by authenticated Documentary proof

The Tenderers should be a manufacturer who must have manufactured, tested and supplied the equipment(s) similar to the type specified in the Schedule of Requirements in ANNEXURE 1.A up to at least worth 80 % of the Bid quantity required in Annexure A.1, in the last 3 Financial year

The OEM must have an established presence across multiple countries, demonstrating its ability to support and scale operations globally.

The OEM must have an active presence in India, either through registered office, authorized representatives, or dedicated support infrastructure. GST certificate, Incorporation certificate must be provided

Only Bidder having a minimum 5 years of experience in operation in the same/Similar Business should Bid this Tender. Proof of Purchase Orders / Installation / Satisfactory Completion Certificates should be attached

Bidder should have Service / Spare Support network in Karnataka operating for more than 3 years & must submit the statement as per Performa for Service / Spare Support Networks substantiated/Supported with Government Authenticated Documents

The OEM must possess comprehensive manufacturing certifications applicable to Process Control/Automation/Electrical Technologies, such as: CE, UL, ISO 9001, ISO/TS 16949, IEC, and other relevant/equivalent standards

The Bidder, as Authorized Representative, has supplied, installed and commissioned satisfactorily at least 30% by quantity of the items similar to the type specified in the schedule of requirements in the last 3 years

The EP must be a registered legal entity in India, such as a Private/Public Limited Company, LLP, or Partnership firm. GST certificate, Incorporation certificate must be provided

The bidder shall have a minimum 05 years of experience in executing similar scale projects in relevant sectors

The Execution Partner must have successfully completed a single contract of similar nature and complexity, valued at a minimum of Rs.3 Crore in the last 3 years. viz 2023-24, 2024-25 to 2025-26

Average Annual Turnover: The EP must demonstrate an average turnover of rS.15 Crore over the last three (3) financial years

All tenderers that are quoting as authorized representatives of manufacturers shall be required to produce a notarized true copy of the authorizing manufacturers license / registration issued by OEM, assuring full support regarding Guarantee and Warranty obligations as per requirement of administration and Technical

Bidder OR Bidders OEM/s should have Service / Spare Support network in Karnataka operating for more than 3 years & must submit the necessary authenticated and notarized documents in support of the above

Dealer should have installations of same or better model to reputed institutions worldwide or in India. A Satisfactory Performance certificate / installation report to be provided for eligibility. Bidder should submit complete contact details along with supplied Purchase Orders

The OEM average annual financial turnover, inclusive of all components and taxes, shall not be less than Rs. 500.00 Crores (Rupees Five Hundred Crores only in the last 03 preceding financial years, viz 2023-24, 2024-25 to 2025-26.
