M&L for cleaning top surface or cement concrete surface with Wire brushing including flashings and junction of parapets, etc, including taking down old APP membrane / existing roof treatement including removal of rubbish beyond MOD land complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying water proofing treatment as following:- (a) 15mm cement plaster with cement mortar 1:4 on roof surfaces (b) A coat of bitumen primer @ 0.40 Kg/Sqm on prepared surface of plaster and applying a coat of bitumen 85/25 grade @1.2kg/Sqm (c) Applying APP based polymeric membrane minimum weight 3.50 Kg/Sqm and minimum 3mm thick reinforced with polyster non woven fabric/wt not less than 150 gm/Sqm and sealing joints by torched application bitumen.

M&L for 40mm thick brick tiles terracing over and including bedding layer of cement mortar 1:6, 15mm thick, including jointed and grouted in cement mortar 1:6, flush pointing in cement mortar 1:3 mixed with 5% of crude oil by weight of cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone Aggregate) as in bed blocks for gola, hold fast, coping bedding rounded or chamfered complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Raking out joints/pointing to brick or brick tiles, laid flat, in floors, surface channels, roofs, etc and including flush pointing to brick tile laid flat or brick tiles in pavings in cleaning and joints grouted flush in cement mortar 1:3 mixed with 5% cruide oil by weight of cement, complete all as directed and specified.

Taking down and re-fixing of 40mm thick brick tiles terracing including jointed and grouted in cement mortar 1:6, flush pointing in cement mortar 1:3 mixed with 5% of crude oil by weight of cement and including including removal of rubbish beyond MOD land complete all as specified and directed.

M&L guniting work including dismantling loose concrete cover of RCC coloums, beams slabs, Chajjas, and the like as directed, roughening and cleaning concrete surfaces with steel wire brushes, washed with water and allowed to dry, including dusting of steel reinforcement, providing fabric mild steel wire mesh 75 mm x 75 mm of 2 mm dia as reinforcement to concrete surfaces, applying adhesive/admixture over steel mesh and providing 25 mm thick (average thickness) guniting mix (using 1 part of ordinary portland cement 43 grade and 2 parts of ghaggar sand mixed with adhesive/admixture at the rate as per manufacturers instruction or 2% by wt of cement all as directed with a pressure of 2 to 2.5 kgs per sqm by guniting machine including necessary padding, steel scaffolding and shuttering for working platformm/formwork etc complete all as directed.Notes for item No. 11(i) Where ever steel reinforcement bars are required to be provided the same shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items.(ii) Before placing the additional reinforcement all concrete surfaces shall be thoroughly scrubbed with brushes, washed with water and allow to dry. To this prepared surface apply chemistik polycrete admixture at the rate of 3% by weight of cement or all as per manufacturers instructions.(iii) When polymix coating is in tacky condition guniting is done with polycrete admixture at the rate of 2% by weight of cement or all as per manufacturers instructions. Polycrete admixture shall be procured from Chemical Adhesive Pvt Ltd Co. or their authorized dealer.(iv) Cost of all above aspects shall deemed to be included in the quoted rate of item and nothing extra shall be paid on any account.

S&F for TMT Mild steel bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally or hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) /sunken floor in ground floor and paving not exc. 15cm thickness (below or above ground level), removal of rubbish beyond MOD land complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for sunken treatment as following over it complete all as specified and as directed:- (a) Rendering 10 mm thiick in CM 1:4, (b) Two coats of tapecrete mixed (1:2) with cement slurry @ 3Kg/sqm per sqm or as per manufactures's instruction, surface finished even and smooth (c) Applying a coat of bitumen primer @ 0.70 kg /sqm, applying one coat of hot bitumen 85/25 gde @ 2.6 kg/sqm (d) Applying one layer of 0.5 mm thick fibre tissue/APP membrane
