Dismantling of old, 1 accuracy class, 145 KV PT from structure, including opening of control cable, jumper & earthing of 132KV Main Bus PT and its shifting from switchyard to substation store with help of hydra/crane including all men, materials and T&Ps provided by contractor for satisfactorily completion of work.

Erection on new Structure, jumpering of all phase PTs & control cable termination from PT to PT junction box. Proper Earthing with MS Flats has to be ensured.The work also includes modification of structure if needed for placement of new PTs on structure. All men, materials, hydra/crane and T&Ps will be provided by contractor for satisfactorily completion of work.

Erection of 132 KV Bus isolators of different make as per instruction manual and technical specification with post insulator perating mechanism box, tie rod, arms and proper alignment fo smooth operation. This work also included shifting of new isolator from store to site, termination of control cable, jumper connection, earthing(Painted with green color) and all associated work for complete the job as per instruction of Engineer/In-Charge.

Major overhauling of 145 KV SF-6 gas C.B. of CGL make spring type installed on HV side bay of 63 MVA T/F-I at 132 KV S/S Sector 115 Noida . The work includes overhauling of Control block assembly, Opening, Cleaning and greasing of Motor charging system, Replacement of worn out parts. Checking of shock absorber, closing damper etc, Adjustment of all Gaps, Cleaning and Greasing of Levers, connecting rods, CAM, Disc CAM etc, Checking of mechanism assembly for wear and tear, rectification/repairing of worn out parts. Checking of limit switch, Power Contact, Auxiliary contactors for proper functioning, Checking and retighting of all electrical connections, Checking of Gas leakage from copper pipe assembly of Gas system.
