Demolishing brick work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

In cement mortar

Dismantling tile work in floors and roofs laid in cement mortar including stacking material within 50 metres lead.

For thickness of tiles 10 mm to 25 mm

Expansion Joint

Step 1: removal of all the filling materials from the joints. Clean and grind off edges to smoth of surface free from loose particle, pointing edges etc. and applying ABRO tape on either sides of the joints to earmark application of adhesive, including cost of labour, consumbales, tools and rackles etc., complete

Step 2: Providing and applying Talrak Tenseal EP or equivalent adhesive for sealing the moving/ non moving joints between the structural members, as per manufacturess.

Step 3: Providing and laying Talrak Teneseal XS or equivalent joint tap of 150 mm to 200 mm width for sealing the separation joint between the structural members, as per manufacturer specification, including cost of materials , labour, consumables, tools and tackles etc., complete.

Damproofing

Step-1 Dismantling old plaster or skirting raking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 metres lead.

Providing & Applying polymer modified, flexible cementatious negative side waterproofing coating with elastic waterproofing polymers on interior wall plaster surface in three coats @14.35 kg /10 sqm. one coat of self priming of cementatious waterproofing polymer(dilution with water in the ratio of 1:1) and two coats of cementatious waterproofing polymer (dilution with water in the ratio of 3:1 ) after scrapping and properly cleaning the surface to remove pre-existing paint film & loose particles till plaster is visible, complete in all respect as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge

15 mm thick plastering with cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 fine aggregate) over the water proofing treatment area.

Half brick masonry with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in superstructure above plinth level up to floor V level.

Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement :4 coarse sand)

Restoration work : After surface preparation, proper applications to be done with Dr. Fixit rust remover over the effected bars, after removing the rust from the surface with sand paper wash it throughly and apply Dr. Fixit epoxy zinc primer over the clean bar to regainits thickness. Application polymer coating and polymer modified mortar over the minimum thickness area in case of major affected area apply Dr. Fixit Epoxy Bonding agent over the saturated dry surface as a old and new concrete bonding agent over the entire dismantled surface then apply polymer modified concrete to repair of damage reinforced concrete like beams, slabs etc of apply Dr. Fixit microconcrete where acess is restricted and compaction is not possibe (whwnever necessary)

Providing gola 75x75 mm in cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 stone aggregate 10 mm and down gauge), including finishing with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand) as per standard design :

In 75x75 mm deep chase

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surfaceto prepare the surface even and smooth complete.

Providing and fixing sheet covering over expansion joints with iron screws as per design. Aluminium fluted strips 3.15 mm thick. 200 mm wide

Kota stone slab flooring over 20 mm (average) thick base laid over andjointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab, including rubbing and polishing complete with base of cement mortar 1 : 4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand):

25 mm thick

Distempering with 1st quality acrylic distemper (ready mixed) having VOC content less than 50 gram/litre, of approved manufacturer and of required shade and colour all complete to achieve even shade and colour

New work (two or more coats) over and including water thinnable priming coat with cement primer having VOC content less than 50 gram/litre
