SCH "A" (SEWAGE WORKS)

Cutting existing bituminous road surfaces to a depth not more than 150mm, and making good the surface with PCC 1:3:6, type C1, using 20mm graded stone aggregate to match to the adjacent surface after laying pipes / cable including removal of debris to a distance not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

The cubical content of concrete provided to make good shall be measured for purpose of payment.

Earthwork in excavation by mechanical means (hydraulic excavator) in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed within a lead of 50m in any type of soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Horizontal directional drilling (HDD) using trenchless technology using ultra sound technique and necessary machines, including pilot drilling, pre-reaming, reaming suitable for 315mm dia HDPE pipe, with and including HDPE pipe, grade PN-10 PE-100 conforming to IS-4984 with fittings complete drilling carried out under road, pavement, hardstanding at a level upto 2.0m below existing level work carried out in any type of soil strata complete all as specified and as directed.

Digital photographic record of HDD work carried out shall be maintained and printout made pat of final bill.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm in any type of soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Sand filling with M-sand under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and as directed.

The cubical content of consolidated sand shall be measured for purpose of payment.

Plain cement concrete, 1:4:8, type D2, using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound all as specified and as directed.

Plain cement concrete, type B1, 1:2:4, using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in bed blocks, coping and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating and necessary formwork complete all as specified and as directed.

Plain cement concrete, type B0, 1:2:4, using 12.50mm graded stone aggregate as in benching and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating and necessary formwork complete all as specified and as directed.

Pre-cast reinforced cement concrete, 1:2:4, type B1, using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in cover slabs with plain fair faces, including chamfers, weatherings, throating etc., and setting in cement mortar (1:4) complete with joints to match complete all as specified and as directed.

Notes:-

(a) The rate is inclusive of finishing the exposed surfaces as per clause 4.11.16 of MES Schedule Part-I.

(b) Reinforcement shall be measured and paid separately as applicable.

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel of 30cm inner girth in cement concrete using extra cement, including forms, moulds, mitred / stopped ends etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

Add for each 25mm or part thereof over 30cm inner girth in cement concrete using extra cement including forms, moulds, mitred / stopped ends etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

Brickwork with fly ash bricks, old size, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:4 of designation 50 complete all as specified and as directed.

Cutting holes into or through brick walls built in cement mortar superficial area exceeding 400 sqcm but not exceeding 0.10 sqm complete all as specified and as directed.

Mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips as in main reinforcement complete all as specified and as directed.

Rendering 15mm thick in CM(1:6) on fair faces of brickwork or concrete surfaces finished fair and even complete all as specified and as directed.

Preparing newly plastered surfaces of wall and applying three coats of white wash including in narrow widths, bands, cornices, pilasters etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

Double wall corrugated (DWC) HDPE pipe, including joints, specials as required laid in trenches or in floors of bore 300mm complete all as specified and as directed.
