M&L for complete servicing of central AC chiller plant, scroll type capacity 2 X 50 TR central AC plant of Make BLUE STAR Model No:XWC4S-052W (01 x 50 TR running and 01 x 50 TR standby) comprising of all the installed machineries and accessories with scroll compressors (04 x 12.5 TR in each unit), cooling towers , AHUs , water pumps, LT panels ,shell & tube type condensing unit and insulated chiller complete including checking of any leakage in system and repairing, checking of all controls , cleaning of cooling tower unit and greasing/ lubricating of moving parts, fan motors, checking of core filters etc complete all as specified and directed . All servicing and repairs works shall be carried out by authorised service centre /OEM of Blue star company . Note A : 1. The plant shall be visited twice during contract period by auth service technician /engineer of Bluestar company and will check all parameters /defects and leakage of plant and submit report to Engineer in charge. All necessary repairs/servicing will be done by auth service engineer of Blue star company. Cost visiting charges of engineer are deemed to be included in unit rate. 2. All spares /material required for repairs will be paid and measured separatly against relevent items of schedule hereunder

M&L for complete servicing of 3x5 TR floor-mounted vertical units Central AC Plant( 02 x 5 TR of Blue Star Make and 01 x 5 TR of Voltas Make ) comprising the installed machineries and accessories mainly sealed compressors (01 x 5 TR in each unit), compressors, cooling towers , AHUs , water pumps, LT panels ,shell & tube type condensing unit and insulated chiller complete including checking of any leakage in system and repairing, checking of all controls , cleaning of cooling tower unit and greasing/ lubricating of moving parts, fan motors, checking of core filters etc complete all as specified and directed . M&L for descaling of condensor unit of 1x50 TR capacity shell and tube type by removing end cover/pipe line to make access and descaling the condenser tubes manually by wire brushing the tubes, cleaning by flushing in De-scaling agent through the condensers by forced feed type method cleaning each tube of the condenser internally by brushing without damaging the tubes and re-fixing back the end covers with new rubber gasket, nuts, bolts and washers and pressure testing for 24 hours complete all as specified.

All as per Item No 03 but condensor unit of 1x5 TR capacity

Cleaning of the evaporator unit of 50 TR capacity central air conditioning plant with cleaning agent by forced feed method to remove the unwanted dust formed over the cooling coil fins without disturbing the mounting of the coils and greasing to the AHU blower bearing and tightening of all fasteners etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : The descaling and cleaning works need to be carried out by authorised skilled person by the service dealer or from the Manufacturer.

All as per item No 05 but evaporator unit of 5 TR capacity .

S&F in repairs PVC honey comb fillings for 5 ton AC plants cooling tower by taking down cooling tower at site & dismanteling carefully and keeping in safe custodian for reuse complete all as specefied and directed by Engnr-in-charge.

Taking out the burnt electric motor of capacity 1.0 HP to 3 HP from existing position, transporting to civil work shop, separating the stator and rotor housing, cutting and removing the existing winding of stator completely, cleaning the slots and rewinding with existing gauge of super enamelled copper winding wire with suitable insulation, applying insulation varnish and heating in heating chamber till completely dried and reassembling the motor including supply and replacement of DE(01 No.) &NDE(01 No) bearings , transporting back to site and re-installing in its original position including proper alignment for smooth running and testing on completion complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Opening of AHU Coil, Supply duct & return duct, diffusers, grills, fire damper and any other installed component that part of Central AC plant at Cav Auditorium and signal center . All above part should be cleaned with following procedures and equipments:- (a) Rotary brushes system self-propelled type with different types of brushes and used to agitated and loosen dirt with duct. (b) Wiper set used again to loosen dirt depending upon the type & size of duct. (c) Contact vacuuming menthod of HVAC system cleaning which incorporates agitation and vcuum collection principle into one operation. (d) Compressed air washing mechanical means to agitate and dislodge particulate form the interior surface of HVAC system. (e) All of the grill and diffusers are removed and clean (f) Starting for farthest vent opening each branch line is cleaned using nylon duct brushes, cable driven brushes, or forwarded air blast assemblies to loosen debris. The agitation tool causes debris to the quickly caught up in the air movement from the HYPE M/c The process is then repeated at each vent opening . Once all the branch line have been cleaned , the main pocket filter is cleaned. (g) After the dust and debris is removed from the system, an light fogged through the air duct system, This product immediately kills fungus or bacteria. The blower motor is inspected and cleaned if necessay and accessible. (h) The insulation in the air handler unit case is manually cleaned and then treated with fogger m/c to kill an residual mold, fungus, or bacteria. The blower motor is inspected and cleaned if necessary and acessible. (j) Coil cleaning with the COIL CLEANER (k)Testing the duct after cleaing all part of the system of air ducts.

M & L for descaling of choked condenser pipe/ water circulating pipes (condenser to cooling tower ) of 100 TR(2x50TR) capacity AC plant at Auditorium including descaling and cleaning tower with MAIC solution/ descaling chemical or concentrated acid and water in cooling tower for removing complete scale including cooling tower basin etc with help of steel wire brushes and draining out complete solution and filling of fresh water for checking leakage in pipes including replacing flange packing, nuts,bolts etc complete all as spacified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for providing and fixing stainless steel (Grade 304) railing/sign board made of hollow tubes/ rectangular/square as per site requirement, channels, plates etc, including welding, grinding, buffing, polishing and making curvature (where ever required and fitting the same with necessary stainless steel nuts and bolts complete, including fixing the ralling with necessary accessories & Stainless steel dash fasteners, stainless steel bolts etc., of required size, on the top of floor or the side of waist slab with suitable arrangement complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Retro reflective sign board made up with 1.2mm thick stainless steel sheet of which both faces shall be fully covered with high intensity prismatic(HIP) retro reflactive sheeting of approved specification as MORT having approved massage (Matter and Base) fully processed by pressure sensetive equipment of approved brand (Avery Dennison/3M) fixed on stainless steel frame made up of SS as described in the item No 18.00 specification complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for fire post with MS sheet for thickness (3mm to 4mm ) and fixed in angle and other section frame with 03 Nos of iron fire bucket in any position along with red oxide painting complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of PCB controller for 50 TR central AC plant as per existing sample complete all as specified and directed

Construction in repair (including dismantling) of Fire fighting post of Height 3.5 Feet x length 6 feet x width 3 Feets made out of MS Angle and MS Sheet duly painted with PO Red enamel and construction of PCC Foundation for fire fighting to be prepared as per direction of Engineer in Charge

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of Digital Temperature Monitor wall mounted indoor meter Box made out factory fabricated & factory assembled CRCA sheet with anti corrosive coating and finally epoxy polyester powder coating of flint Grey shade (RAL-7032) consisting of the Single phase and neutral , 230 volt, including SPN bus bar of suitable rating and size , complete interconnection wiring and interlocking arrangement & earth bus . including equipment along with necessary sensor with cable upto effected room wire arrangements complete in all respect. Supply and fixing in replacement brass angular valve as per existing sample of AC plant complete all as specified and directed

S&F in replacement of Microprocessor controller based operating control board as per existing sample or recommended by OEM complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying in repair of rubber mat of size 1 M x 2 M , 12 mm thick complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge

Supply and installation in repair First Aid Box made out MS or Wood of suitable size with locking arrangement duly painted one coat of red oxide primer & two coat of synthetic enamel paint consisting first aid items 100 ml Bitadin, 01 no tube of Burnol, 100ml Dttol liquid, small roll of cotton patti, a little seizer as directed by the Engr-in-Charge with all necessary first aid material complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge

Testing of lightning conductor for its continuity through skilled electrician and helper using megger and other necessary tools, plants and equipments including rectification of the discontinuity by providing new lightning conductor or refixing the displaced exisitng lightning conductor in place as required on top priority as and when required including necessary minor repair work as required during rectification complete all as specified and directed. [Note: 1) Complete lightning arrester/conductor system of the Each building shall be measured as one unit. 2) All the materials required to complete the work at site such as wooden plugs, Nut, bolt, Washers, shaddles,fixing screw etc shall be provided by the contractor and deemed to be included in the rate quoted by the contractor. 3) New material such as Air terminal, GI/Aluminium strip shall be measured and paid separately 4) Labour cost for all refixing work shall deemed to be included in the rate quoted of this item. 5) For the purpose of testing contractor shall supply all equipments and instruments at his own cost without any extra claim] 6) supply of 03 nos insulator in each RM of GI/ Al strip for fixing on wall /roof. 7)All test result to be entered in a register properly bound and covered and to be submitted to the Engr-In-Charge. .during payment.

M & L for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 60cm x 60cm x 6 mm thick burried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 3.0 mtr deep below GL with top edge of the plate not less than 2.5 mtr below normal GL and connected to earth plate . Earth plate surrounded by 15 cm thick packed layers of charcoal dust and common salt upto 1.5 meter depth all around the earth plate and connected to earth lead of GI strip 25x4 mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvd iron or steel and thimbles and other end of the earth wire connected to DB and protected by galvanized iron or steel pipe light grade 15 mm bore and water pipe 20mm bore GI medium grade with funnel and wire mesh, including required excavation for making the pit perfect to size and earth work PCC chamber in cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 and RCC cover and all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of MES schedule Pt I of 2009 and also including making test point for testing of earthing complete Note:- 1. Returning, filling in, approved earth including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25 Cm thick after cable are laid and tested complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material / surplus soil to a distance not exc. 50 mtrs & deposited where directed at a level not exc.1.5 mtr above the ground level complete all as specified & directed.

Taking out of unservaiceable lightening conductor complete of any type any description and of any size and as directed .

S &F in replacement single pointed air termination aluminium rod 12mm dia and 300 mm long for lightening conductor and fix to aluminium by making holes with nuts, bolts & washers as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S &F in replacement single pointed air termination copper rod 12mm dia and 300 mm long for lightening conductor and fix to copper strips by making holes with nuts, bolts & washers as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Test point terminal block made of gun metal or phosphorus bronze size 75 x75 x10 mm drilled and screwed including 3 nos. 8mm dia 25mm long hexagonal head screw etc complete and as directed.

Material and labour for re fixing of old GI / Aluminium strips with saddles and fixing screws for roof conductors and down conductors above level etc including M & L for PCC work in 1:2 :4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregates complete all as specified and directed. Note : Cost of refixing strip of one earthing will be considered as one Job .

M & L in repair earth pit cover, pre cast RCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate, 320mm x 320mm x 40mm thick, cover reinforced with 8mm dia TMT bars 3 Nos both way with 12mm dia MS round bar handle with and including necessary form work complete all as specified & directed.

M &L in repair PCC 1:2:4 for & around lightening conductor pipe on roof of building, type B-I using 20mm graded stone aggregate of size 350mm x 350mm X 350mm, set in Cement Mortar 1:4, with and including necessary form work and all exposed surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement including removal of old broken unserviceable PCC / block at site complete all as specified & directed. Note : contractor is responsible to arrange his own T&P for carrying the PCC material on roof of any building .

Supply & fixing aluminium gutka 40mm dia having internal thread of 12mm dia and external thread of 40mm dia and fixed on GI socket complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only aluminium gutka on GI socket complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Old gutka obtained in serviceable condition shall be re-used in the work.

Fixing only GI reducer (50mm x 40mm, bore ), on vertical post / stand complete all as specified and directed. Note : Old GI reducer obtained in serviceable condition shall be re-used in the work.

M&L for painting on Earth pit marker /frame and earth pit with one coat of synthetic enalmel paint for the equipment complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair GI funnel with wire mesh for watering the earth pit made to shape and size with using PGI sheet minimum 1.0mm thick and fixed in position complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair GI wire 4mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting and removing existing unserviceable interlocking wiring and connection of electric control panels of any description and in any position after through checking and inspection at site and material & labour for repair of electric control panel and its interconnected system with using PVC insulated ,unsheathed multistranded copper conductor cable,single core 1.5 Sqmm size, 1100 Volts grade for making functional control of the compressor,chilled water pump,condenser water pump, AHU, cooling tower fan, LP/HP/Differential coil, pressure switch, solenoid valve, capacity control valve, thermostat, humidistate, heater, auxilliary contactor,push buttons, indicators, Ammeter,Voltmeter complete as required at site for functioning of Central AC plant,DX type/chilled water type complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- (i) Work shall be executed at site by proper skilled,experienced workers . (ii) The complete panel shall be checked and tested on full load after necessary repairs and replacement of unserviceable parts for its smooth functioning and proper interlocking including tripping on single phase.
