Welding to broken joints of charpoy GI pipe complete all as directed.

Removal of old unserviceable long rail of charpoy GI Pipe and providing and fixing new long rail of 32 mm dia medium grade GI pipe, ISI marked and threading the same 22 mm long at one end and 52 mm long at other end and fixed in position complete all as shown on drawing.

Cutting and converting the old unservivceable long rail as retrieved vide Srl No 27.05 here-in before into two short rails and fixed to charpoy GI Pipe duly threaded 22 mm long at both side end including removal of old and broken threaded short rails.

Cutting and converting the old unserviveable short rail as retrieved vide Srl No 27( vi) here-in before into two legs and fixed to charpoy GI Pipe duly threaded 22 mm long at one end including removal of old and broken unserviceable legs.

Removing of old unserviceable Plywood top from charpoy Folding IP with Hard Top and supply and fixing the new ISI marked BWR Gde commercial plywood Top of 8 mm thick suitable for charpoy Folding IP with Hard Top and required Nos of suitable size round headed nuts and bolts full threaded shall also be provied to fix the plywood sheet as directed by Engineer-in-Charge (Make of plywood : -National Greenply & Century)

Cleaning of steel surface and making good old surface and applying two coat of black spray painting complete

Seat and back fixed on frame with screw and including all minor repairs, painting of frame and welding etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note: The tapestry cloth of rate ranging between Rs. 200/- to Rs. 250/- per meter as per sample approved by GE.

Removing of old unserviceable PVC seat and back of chair school with hand board and supplying and fixing new One Piece PVC Seat and back (Blow plast or equivalent) shall be provided to the chair complete all as shown on drawing including provision of new nuts and bolts complete.

Removing of old Unserviceable PVC Shoe of chair school with hand board and supplying and fixing new PVC Shoe in replacement complete all as shown on drawing .
