Supply, installation, testing and commissioning in replacement Level Controller Panel suitable for monitoring of 01 Ultrasonic Level Transmitter. The panel should be indoor type, dust and vermin proof, made out of 2mm thick CRCA sheet, mounted on angle iron frame of size 40mm x40mm x 6mm thick and grouted using PCC 1:2:4 or fixed on wall (Make: Universal Switch Gear Control/ABB Automation/Hensel ). The Panel should comprise Water Level Sensing & Display comprising of the following:- (i) 7" Graphical screen mluticolour-01 No, having mimic screen for displaying pictorial/graphical and percentage of water level (Make: SCHNEIDER / SIEMENS/ ABB (ii) SMPS of 5 A rating-01 No (Make: SCHNEIDER / SIEMENS/ ABB (iii) Audio visual alarm indicator:-01 No (Make:-Schneider/ESBEE (iv) Surge Protection device suitable for 230V incoming supply-01 No (v) MCB SPN 32 A -01 No.

Taking out existing ultrasonic level transmitter of any size and taking it to workshop for any fault rectification and making it workable and bringing back to site and install as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer in Charge including all fittings etc. ( NOTE: Spare parts shall be measured and paid separately)

Supply only Ultrasonic peizometer transducer (sensors) made of ceramics of dia 15 mm .

Supply only Printed Circuit Board(PCB) to control transmission of the transmitter to determine size of signal

Supply only Rectifier to convert AC supply to 12 V DC supply.

Supply and Fixing, in replacement 4 pair CAT 6 UTP cable for Sensors complete all as specifed and directed Make : D Link/ Finolex/ Polycab or equivalent as approved by GE

Supply and Fixing, in replacement single phase electrically actuated ductile iron butterfly valve suitable with nominal dia 150mm PN-16, suitable for potable water application, 230 V AC/24 V DC, alongwith starter/control panel, complete wiring, positioner transmitter complete all as specified and directed. Make: As approve by GE NOTE: Quoted rate shall be deemed to be inclusive of welding/fixing of flange and making necessary provision for fixing of valve.

Taking out existing single phase electrically actuated ductile butterfly valve of any size and taking it to workshop for any fault rectification and making it workable and bringing back to site and install it as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer - in charge including all fittings etc. (NOTE : Any spare part shall be measured and paid separately excluding nuts,bolts,washers,gasket )

Dismantling existing unserviceable / deteriorated motor starter panel and capacitor panel, removal from site and depositing to MES store yard. Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of indoor type floor mounting size as per manufacturer's design Polycarbonate CPRI approved OEM made Motor Starter Panel suitable for connecting 3 Nos of 100 HP Motor with all system to be included in single Panel , shall be made of modular POLYCARBONATE THERMOPLASTIC ENCLOSURES which should be UV resistance in accordance with IEC 61439-1, clause 10.2.4: The panel should be anti-acid & anti corrosive. Degree of protection against mechanical load should be IK08 (5 Joule) in accordance with IEC 62262. The manufacturer of board/panel shall submit a copy of CPRI TEST REPORT IN POLYCARBONATE OF DEGREE OF INGRESS PROTECTION IP65 IN ACCORDANCE WITH IEC 60529. The gasket should be internally embedded made of polyurethane. The manufacturer of board/panel SHALL submit a copy of TYPE TEST REPORT of a board made out of Polycarbonate thermoplastic panel in accordance with IEC 60439-1.

The CPRI report shall have mention of following tests performed and passed out satisfactorily: Temperature Rise, Dielectric Properties, Short circuit withstand current – Rated peak & short time withstand current and Rated Conditional Short Circuit Current, Effectiveness of Protective Circuits. The board manufacturer must submit the copy of type test reports for Polycarbonate Thermoplastic Board only. Test Reports submitted of other material of construction like MS, SS will not be applicable. Guarantee and warrantee certificates will be accepted only from original manufacturer. The panel should passed glow wire test 960oC in accordance with 60695-2-11 [flame retardant and self-extinguishing with MC 75 for base frame & angle iron 50 x 50 x 6 mm size legs , 04 nos legs 600 mm long, PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 for grouting of base,suitable for 3 phase 415 volts 50 Hz 4 wire AC supply complete all as directed with and incl the following:- (A) : (i) MCB 3 pole, 415 Volts, rating 32 Amps, 10 KA - 3 Set of 04 No. Each (ii) Line contactor, AC 3 duty, 415 Volts, 50 Hz, 225 Amps-03 No. (iii) Digital soft starter suitable for 110 kW motor, 3 phase, 415 Volts, 50 Hz, min Icl 250 amps including one spare power control board of digital starter - 03 No.

Dismantling and taking down existing Motor starter Panel by removing all existing cables and connection and Installing the motor panel in the new location and reconnecting all cables as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
