M&L for PCC 1:3:6 Type D-2 using 40mm size stone aggregate finished and smooth without using extra cements as in foundation/subbase etc

M&L for outdoor tiles (Pavigree tiles) of size 300x300 mm of thickness 10 mm thick over 15mm thick screed with CM (1:6) , set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in trenches, n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. n exc 10 sq m on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out in loose/soft soil.

M&L for cement concrete Type D2 1:4:8 (40mm graded stone aggregate) in foundations, filling and mass concrete. complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm thick with soil etc complete all as specified and directed

M&L for Material and labour for Brickwork with sub class ‘B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in CM (1:6) in all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick cement plaster on brick wall or concrete surface in CM 1:4 finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & Fix Chain Link MS galvanized fencing of any mesh size 100mmx100mm of mesh size and 4mm mm dia double locked and non slipping type of wire complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each n exc 0.5 cu. m, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm, for soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Mild Steel angle posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc. flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc. and similar work conforming to Fe 290 ( Gde E-165) complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Mild steel screw bolts dia of neck 11 to 15mm (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, exc 10cm and n exc 15cm long complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of New or previously untreated steel and iron Surfaces of any description, Two coat of Synthetic enamel paint over one coat of Red oxide over 10cm in width or girth,not otherwise described

M&L for 300mm dia Boring under the road/footpath upto a depth of not exceeding 1.5mtr for crossing the RCC Hume pipe and fixing/connecting the both ends with drains etc complete all as specified and directed

M&L for 300mm dia Reinforced concrete pipes, class NP2, laid and jointed complete with collars connecting the both ends with drains etc complete all as specified and directed

Supply, laying / fixing / connecting of LT underground cable XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric cable (heavy duty) with multistranded aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade in trenches/on wall/poles laid in ducts/inside protection pipe of the following cross sectional area including cable glands, lugs and suitable size of MS saddle clips (where ever cable laid in ceilings/walls without cable duct) all as directed by the Engr-in-charge for the following ratings (a) 06 Sqmm x 2.0 core

M&L for river sand, washed and screened dry for cushioning to under ground cable in trenches below and around under ground cable including spreading and levelling complete as specified and directed. Note :- Punned thickness 18 cm shall only be considered for payment.

M&L for well burnt bricks, Sub class 'B' bricks, best quality locally available laid flat, dry in trenches for cable protection complete all as specified

S&F of crown shaped, gate/garden light with GI pipe 40 mm 1.2 mtr length in soothing opal finish made up of unbreakable Polycarbonate material, including 15 W LED Lamp (B-22 base) all as specified and directed

NOTES: 1. The amount of schedule of credit shall be deducted from the total of this BOQ for arriving at contract sum. 2. The rates for RCC/PCC shall deemed to include the cost of formwork, shuttering etc., required for complete and proper execution of the item. Refer Schedule "A" notes for details.
