Providing and laying cement concrete of specified grade 1:4:8 (1 cement : 4 sand : 8 graded crushed stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) in foundation and plinth including machine mixing, curing, cost of centering, shuttering/formwork etc. complete.

Nothing extra shall be paid for laying tiles where they are require to be cut. All works upto floor V level.

P/F Ist Quality Ceramic Glazed wall tiles conforming to IS: 13755 of minimum thickness 5mm of approved make (Johnson/Kajaria/Somany) and colour/shade as required of size 250mm x 375mm/300mm x 450mm as directed by the Engineer-in-charge in skirting, risers of steps and dados over 12 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 and jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.30 kg/sqm. Nothing extra shall be paid on account of wastage. All work upto floor V level.

10-15 mm thick Cement plaster with cement mortar 1:6 ( 1 cement : 6 coarse sand). Interior surface. All work upto floor V level.

Cement plaster 6-10mm thick 1:3 (1 cement : 3 sand) to ceilings and exposed surfaces of all RCC works. All work upto floor V level.

10-15 mm thick Cement plaster with cement mortar 1:4 ( 1 cement : 4 coarse sand). Exterior Surface. All work upto floor V level.

Steel work welded in built up sections/framed work including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position in door/window frames including applying a priming coat of steel primer and then painting with synthetic enamal paint (two or more coats) of approved brand and manufacture (Make Asian/Nerolac).

Repair to Washed stone grit plaster in patches including cutting the old damaged grit plaster wherever required on exterior walls of height upto 10m above ground level in two layers, under layer 12mm cement plaster 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) furrowing the under layer with scratching tool, applying cement slurry on the under layer @ 2kg of cement per square metre, top layer 15mm cement plaster 1:1/2:2 (1 cement : 1/2 coarse sand : 2 stone chippings 10mm nominal size) in panels with groove all around as per approved pattern including scrubbing and washing the top layer with brushes and water to expose the stone chippings, complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge. inlcuding cost of providing grooves as per required pattern at site.
