M&L for preparation of old decorated surfaces of wall by removing existing putty/distemper complete and applying two coats of Smartcare Hydroloc(by Asian) or other equivalent as approved by GE and subsequently applying two coats of Oil Emulsion Distemper over a coat of 2 mm Acrylic/WaterProofing Wall Putty(each Coat not less than 2mm) complete all as specified and directed. Note-: (a) First coat of smart care Hydroloc (no dilution) shall be applied and allow it to dry for 6-8 hours. (b) Second coat of smart care Hydroloc (no dilution) shall be applied, Perpendicular to first coat direction and allow it to dry for 6-8 hours. (c) Smart care Hydroloc shall be applied at rate of 1.0 litre per 4 to 5 sqm. (d) Work of smart care Hydroloc treatment shall be executed through expert team of Manufacturer or through authorised applicator of Manufacturer.

M&L for water proofing treatment on "Non approachable / non accessible roof / Chhajja" surfaces (Horizontal & Vertical surfaces) buildings height upto 25m height in following order through authorized applicator of the Manufacturer all as specified including removal of existing treatment . (a) Preparing surface by opening the cracks / removal of loose concerete . (b) Pressure water washing the entire roof / Chhajja to remove dirt, dust,algae fungi or other contaminants from joints and entire surface. (c) Applying Dr Fixt crack X / Equivalent if crack upto 5mm and use Dr. Fixit Crack X Shrinkfree in case of wider cracks (d) Applying priming coat of Dr fixit URP with fiber brush (e) Applying two coats of Dr. Fixit Roof seal at 0.75 litres / sqm coat at an interval of 12 hours between the coats and allow for drying completly. Note: (a) Work should be executed through authorised applicator of the product Manufacturer . (b).Work shall be carried out to the building of 25m height and quoted rate shall be inclusive for necessary scaffolding and safety devices as required .Nothing extra shall be admissible . M&L for reparing of RCC roof projection, chajjas etc for buildings upto 25m including preparation of surface by scrapping ,cutting,chiseling,derusting and cleaning exposed reinforecement surfaces of damaged, loose RCC surfaces and applying one coat of rust remover by brushing to rusted reinforecemnt to remove loose rust particles and allow it to dry for 2 to 3 hours, supply and insert additional reinforcement for stengthening at regular intervals as directed in the hole, fill the holes with epoxy chemical all as per Manufactuer's instruction and as directed , applying cement slurry on entire damaged area and plaster the surfaces with cement, sand 1:3 mixed with polymer liquid at 15% of weight of cement and water as required, mixing properly and plaster the surface, finished even and smooth by making the edge water dropping groves complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Work shall be carried out to the building of 25m height and quoted rate shall be inclusive for necessary scaffolding and safety devices as required .Nothing extra shall be admissible .

M&L for repairing of walls and other vertical surfaces of buildings upto 25 m height and providing following treatment as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge :- (a) Cleaning the existing plaster surface of walls with wire brush and remove all foreign matters such as fungus, moss, dust and drying the surface (b) Applying first coat of Dr Fixit Raincoat Neo/Equivalent directly from the container (stir content well before use) with brush/roller on the vertical surface in SSD condition diluting 1 litre chemical mixed with 100 ml clean portable water and cover the area of 3 to 4 Sqm/litre (c) Applying second coats of Dr Fixit raincoat Neo/Equivalent without dilution as a water proof at top coat with roller /brush as directed and cover the area of 3 to 4 sqm/litre complete all as specified Note: (i)Work shall be executed through authorised applicator of the product Manufacturer.
