Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/manual means over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including getting out and disposal of excavated earth lead upto 50 m and for all lift, as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Providing and laying in position ready mixed cement concrete for plain cement concrete work; using coarse aggregate and fine aggregate derived from natural sources, Portland Pozzolana/ Ordinary Portland /Portland Slag cement, admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS: 9103 to accelerate / retard setting of concrete, to improve durability and workability without impairing strength; including pumping of concrete to site of laying, curing, carriage for all leads; but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering and finishing as per direction of the engineer-in-charge; for the following grades of concrete. All works upto plinth level : Concrete of M10 grade with minimum cement content of 220 kg /cum (Note: Extra cement up to 10% of the minimum specified cement content in design mix shall be payable separately. In case the cement content in design mix is more than 110% of the minimum specified cement content, the contractor shall have discretion to either re-design the mix or bear the cost of extra cement.)

Providing and laying in position ready mixed cement concrete for reinforced cement concrete work; using coarse aggregate and fine aggregate derived from natural sources, Portland Pozzolana / Ordinary Portland /Portland Slag cement, admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS: 9103 to accelerate / retard setting of concrete, to improve durability and workability without impairing strength; including pumping of concrete to site of laying, curing, carriage for all leads; but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement as per direction of the engineer-in-charge, for the following grades of concrete. All works upto plinth level Concrete of M35 grade with minimum cement content of 370 kg /cum (Note: Extra cement up to 10% of the minimum specified cement content in design mix shall be payable separately. In case the cement content in design mix is more than 110% of the specified minimum cement content, the contractor shall have discretion to either re-design the mix or bear the cost of extra cement.)

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level. Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more.

Providing & Fixing drainage spouts which 80 dia G.I. Pies in deck slab as per drawing & Direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing & fixing expansion joint as per drawing and design in deck slab of Road Bridge and instruction of Engineer-in-charge.

Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead up to 50 and for all lift.

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth in: Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand)

Providing & fixing hard drawn sheet wire mesh fabric 75x25mm of weight not less than 7.75kg/sqm fixed (welded) on frame of angle iron 50x50x6mm and T-iron 50x50x6mm with flat iron of size 20x5mm including cutting welding, hoisting and fixing in position with M.S. flat clamps of size 50x6mm of 1.15m length with nuts and bolts with existing RCC railing and applying a priming coat of steel primer of approved brand and manufacture etc. complete as per drawing and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade : Two or more coats on new work

Chequered terrazo tiles 22 mm thick with graded marble chips of size up to 6 mm in floors, jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the tiles, including rubbing and polishing complete, on 20 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement :4 coarse sand) : Medium shade pigment using 50% white cement, 50% ordinary cement

Supplying, Stocking and dumping of hard stone of size more than 22.5cm thick for stone approx u/s and d/s of box culvert.

75 mm thick back filling for pitching including supplying of required materials and consolidation etc. complete with : Moorum

Providing and laying hydraulically pressed CC tiles 300x300x50mm thick 1:2:4 (1 cement: 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) in single layer only over 5mm thick mortar 10mm thick joints of cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) to be laid over 15mm cement plaster with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) finished rough.

Providing and fixing pre-moulded joint filler in expansion joints of RCC roads / CC pavements after making the joints dust free with high pressure air jet cleaners, all complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge. (Pre-moulded joint fillers shall be made of bitumen hot sealing compound impregnated fibre board having impregnation more than 35%, conforming to IS:1838 for fibre board and IS: 1834 for hot sealing bitumen compound grade A.)

Providing and laying RMC of M-25 grade by using minimum 330 Kg. of cement (43 grade OPC) per Cum of concrete in roads/streets manufactured in automatic RMC plant using coarse sand and graded stone aggregate of 20 mm nominal size in appropriate proportion as per approved design criteria including transportation to site in transit mixer, including cost of concrete to improve workability wit out impairing strength and durability as per specification including spreading and compacting mechanically by using needle and surface vibrators, leveling to required slops and camber, finishing by contractor/ expansion, construction of cross/ longitudinal joints with approved joints filler and sealants, etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge(cost of joint filler & sealants shall be paid for separately under relevant item). Note : The cement considered In RMC M-25 is 330Kg/Cum. If any deviation in quantity on lower side is observed subject to approval of Job Mix formula by engineer-in-charge, a recovery of cement @ Rs. 10 per Kg. will be deducted. RMC M-25 with cement content less than 300 KG/cum shall be rejected. Excess cement used more than 330 kg/cum will not be paid).
